Erik, Suburban Plumbing , quickly responded to our call of loud noises coming from our hot water heater closet. Decision was made to replace both with tankless heaters. Work was completed the very next day. We are very pleased with how professional, courteous and timely Suburban was. We will certainly be calling them again for our plumbing needs.

Would go with 4 stars as "good" if I felt the financial side was fair, but not sure after looking stuff up on line after the fact. Water heater needed replacement, appointment for next day, agreed to price without checking anything or discussion, work was completed in about four hours, one master plumber and a young apprentice, very nice guys. It was definitely aggressive work and it all looks fine. I agreed to $1975 without any question but the following day while looking for opportunities for any California rebates or tax credits, saw the water heater itself at the supplier they

I found Suburban Plumbing through google and I am so happy that I did. I had them replace a water heater. They were punctual, personable and professional. They also did a very nice job of cleaning up the work area afterwards which I really appreciated. I have now found my go-to plumbers and I unequivocally give them my full recommendation.

The two gentlemen arrived on time, friendly and looked at my needs and gave me an estimate of the service needed including parts. They were very courteous and replaced them quickly, I was amazed how quick he was at replacing the broken spigots. I haven't had plumbers in my home who didn't try to up-sell services but they did was needed and that was it.

Eric at Suburban Plumbing handled my issue very quickly and advised my of what was wrong with my tenant's unit. He was able to unlodge the obstruction in the bathtub drain, but was unable to retrieve it. He noticed excessive grease build up in my kitchen drain and snaked it out. The cost was $225. He also offered a service to hydro-jet the drain which is to make them like new by cleaning out all the grease in the drains for $550, but I chose not to make the investment.

I called Johnny at Suburban plumbing and made an appointment to hydrojet the main line on my rental property. I dont live local and drove over 100 miles to meet the tech there. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!. I spoke with the receptionist Ashlene and she could not offer me a reason why the tech never showed. I asked for the owner to call me, HE NEVER DID. I called back the following week and left another message with the receptionist... STILL NO CALL BACK.. I sent an email to the owner.... HE NEVER REPLIED. I was given the owners cell # and called him, He rushed

Nothing like waking up to a water heater flood in the morning! Called up Suburban after I was left on hold at depot and lowe's for about 10 minutes. quick, clean, and friendly. too bad i didn't see their yelp deal before i called :( .... but still, moved to the top of my call list the next time my plumbing decides to battle me!
