Good Health Fitness is locally owned and operated. The owner created this facility for Nicholasville, so people would have a place to go workout and unwind where they felt welcomed and comfortable.
We offer a Silver and G.H. Express membership, so you have the option to choose the one that best fits your needs. Our staff is always available to help assist you in deciding which option is best for you. Plus applicable taxes. Annual membership fee of $39.00 plus applicable taxes will be billed 60 days from sign-up date.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this gym. You really can't beat it for the price. My only complaint is the over reliance on machines and a lack of free weights. They have multiple Smith machines but no power rack, and some exercises simply require a power rack or at least an accessible barbell that can be removed from the rack.
They were also easy to work with when I needed to temporarily freeze my membership due to Covid restrictions. Many gyms would still demand their monthly payment even though I wasn't able to come.

I signed up for the year membership and later on this whole COVID thing started so I tried calling to see if I could cancel my membership just so I wouldn't have to pay for a gym that I was not going to attend to. I was told that wouldn't be possible, so I whatever, 10$ a month, not a big deal. A whole year finally rolls around and I see a transaction for the annual fee of 41$. I never signed a new contract saying I wanted to renew my membership. Apparently they make you sign a waiver on day one saying you have to give them a 30 day notice before canceling, which idk how you're supposed to remember
