Owner is just a very unpleasant human being to be around. She thinks she is God's gift and will trash talk clients to other clients. Her gyms are kind of small and limited and are very over priced for her skill level as a trainer. I would NOT recommend. Any youtube video would be more sufficientm I highly suggest you visit 3stone Fitness, which is right next door, or go around the corner to Lex Fitness, which is owned and operated by a really nice guy named Jeff.

Late 2018 I decided to find a personal trainer and researched several options. I chose Fitness Plus and I am EXTREMELY happy that I did! My experience began with the owner Shelia Kalas - she was wonderful. She met with me and listened to what I was looking for in a trainer and what my possible future fitness goals were. She paired me with Sarah Barnett and I DARE YOU TO FIND A BETTER TRAINER!! Sarah also talked with me about my goals and then designed a workout regime designed to help me accomplish them. She pushes me, encourages me, supports me and most importantly we have developed a friendship

I am in my mid 60s. I started with Fitness Plus back in January 2018, weighing 190. Within six months I weighed 155 - no drastic dieting - just working out with my fitness trainer, Sarah Barnett, twice a week and eating sensibly. Today I am still training with Sarah twice a week; I am still 155, and I am gaining in strength and dexterity. I can't speak highly enough about Sarah and the rest of the trainers at Fitness Plus. They are extremely professional, particularly good with the over 50 crowd looking to get and stay in shape, and they are flat out fun to hang out with. My training at Fitness

The owner was very rude. I went in to inquire about possible employment and practically exploded on me. Upon talking to her she interrupted me and told me that she couldn't be bothered and that I should have seen the no soliciting sign in the door. I did not insist on talking to her or pulling her from her client. Maybe she should look into a reception staff to handle things like this. I mean what if a potential client comes in? Frankly, she was rude and had a horrible personality. I would not want to train under her in any capacity.
