Dr. Mark Dale, a native of Plymouth, MN, earned his degree in dentistry from Loyola University Dental School. He then completed his specialized residency at the University of Minnesota, where he earned his Master's degree in orthodontics in 1990. Dr. Mark stays abreast of the latest technological advancements and training in orthodontics by completing more than his required continuing education hours.

I had 3 patients go here so I got the full experience. Not sure how they have a rating they do now. With scheduling, expect to wait up to 30 minutes after your appointment and never on time. Son had them for over 4 years when they said one. Extra surgeries were added after and costs that were not told from the beginning due to them rushing your treatment because of the amount of people they take in. If they took the time from the beginning, they would of spotted issue. Expect to never even get a spot of scheduling because of the amount of people they will just keep scheduling. Some appointments

My daughter was referred for braces and when we got there, the staff were friendly and professional, and the wait time was short. We were given a tour which was really nice. We were given a lot of information necessary for my daughter's procedure including cost. Their computer system was down so my daughter was unable to get her xray done. Rescheduling us would have been better to avoid multiple appointments but the doctor explained the problem and procedures well. He didn't keep us waiting long at all.

This place was worse than terrible. The Orthodontist here is incompetent, and he uses a wide array of extremely invasive 'treatments' to 'correct' teeth.
I can't speak for others, but my experience here was horrible. They made me do an unnecessary removal of 4 of my molars. Logically you would think that I would be able to keep them, but not according to Dr. Mark. He also put a bar over the roof of my mouth that prevented me from speaking normally and eating food. That was quickly removed.
And after 2 years of below par treatment, I now have a permanently incorrect bite

Our child gets very nervous going for just a routine dental checkup so we weren’t sure how he’d handle this. They put him at such ease and had a great deal of patience. They didn’t rush us through and instead throughly answered our questions and gave us the utmost care. It really made all the difference!

Hello, normally you guys are great. This last time, it seemed like you rushed my appointment. You hit my gums (which hurt) then you went ahead and took part of my tooth off which is now very sensitive and didn’t have to be done. On top of this, the work that you did do, fell off in a week and now I have to pay for the same thing again. Very disappointed

Accorde is highly recommended! They are very professional, from our initial consultation through getting braces on. Open and modern facility, with friendly and helpful staff. They didn’t mind answering every question we had, and we could tell they care! We looked at multiple orthodontists before choosing Accorde.

This was my first child's experience with braces. I was a nervous Mom with the first one and the people at Accorde Orthodontists were wonderful. They did a great job explaining to him how to clean his teeth and what foods to avoid. They even had these great videos to help demonstrate technique.
