While I appreciated the convenience of having someone come to my home to provide medical care during the pandemic (versus having to sit in an Urgent Care waiting room), the care I received did not meet my expectations. First, the doctor (who is not an MD - though this information was not clearly communicated at the time of scheduling), while pleasant, did not do an actual examination. In fact, he did not even take a full set of vitals, though to my surprise and confusion, my online record from this provider had vitals information included (assumedly made-up after the fact), as well as other information

Our family has scheduled several appointments with Housecall MD. Garrett and his staff are phenomenal! He was able treat a medical condition that has been causing me a lot of discomfort for a while that other providers overlooked. My caregiver tested positive for covid 19 and was under quarantine and she is my transportation so i had no way to get tested myself. This service is the only one I found that is doing mobile covid testing. They came out it was quick and easy. I am very impressed and thankful for their service at a very scary time. I would recommend this service to family and friends and anyone who needs it like me who does not have access to transportation. Thank you Housecall MD.

Excellent customer service. My needs were quickly addressed, very professional, fast and convenient! During times like these it's harder than ever to find a doctor that works for you.. It's great to see that they offer both visits to your home for checking your vitals or in-office visits with all staff being vaccinated for covid-19 . Or, if it's more convenient to you you can also set up a meeting with them on Zoom. They can also refill your medications incase you're running low on them and have them delivered to you! Would recommend to a friend or family member

After my 74 yo mother was discharged from the hospital completely bed ridden I needed a way to receive follow up medications as well as a script for durable medical equipment I was left without. I was referred via my mothers case manager from DSHS. To housecallMD First of all open and available 24 hours a day! And they come too you!! Second of all they all have great communication skills , great personalities and their knowledge in medical situations amazing. Joey who I spoke to apon my initial call was very caring and informative she was also the nurse who ame she listened to all our concerns

I am so impressed with this program-mobile medical providers. I am incredibly complex, to say the least, and when meeting with the provider, i was not shut down or refused. It seemed that they are up for the challenge. So friendly and willing to help any way they can. I didn't have to wait for weeks or even months to be seen, and after having the initial appointment, i got bronchitis the next week and again didn't have to wait to be seen for days and days even. They were great very professional and quick . We have called them twice. Once when we thought my daughter got pink eye , and they reassured us it was not only an inflamed eyelash duct and gave us some recommendations saved us hours in the clinic . The second time was when she cut her eye fall off of a chair, they came quickly and made us and her feel very comfortable, and were able to stitch her up without having to wait in a waiting room while being to in comfort of our own home with snacks and movies to distract her . What a great service! I had a zoom appointment with a physician from Housecall MD on my lunch break. He was able to chat with me about my concerns and give me a solid treatment plan. I would definitely reccommend Housecall MD to anyone. They can certianly help you feel better and you keep your crazy schedule.
