New Care was not the first home healthcare agency involved with Kristen's care. Before New Care, we had tried two others, but we were not satisfied with the quality of care they provided. Not only did they provide well-trained, highly professional nurses, but ones who were also able to "connect" with our non-verbal daughter with warmth, humor, and kindness.
