My mother and friends recommended that I go see Dr. Ramagosa, as I needed a dermatologist. I was diagnosed with leukemia and my cancer doctor urged me to go. He looked Me up and down because your 600 times more likely to develop Skin cancer when you have leukemia. He started looking at places
and and zapping them off. He said you have a spot on your nose I can take off right now. I said ok as I thought maybe it was cancerous or precancerous. When I went to pay since I did t know what my insurance would pay, I payed $50. I was waiting for my insurance to come in. I also lost my job shortly thereafter

Dr. Ramagosa is energetic, patient, knowledgeable, caring, and very professional. My first appointment with him was October 13, 2021. He carefully examined my skin and confidently diagnosed my problem. He answered my questions and clearly explained the medications he prescribed. Prior to seeing Dr. Ramagosa, I encountered a horrible receptionist. When I attempted to sign in to see him, the white receptionist pulled the clip board away and asked me to sign in on the other clip board. I signed before I realized it was to see a PA. I politely told the receptionist I have an appointment with Dr. Ramagosa

Dr. Ramagosa is a great doctor but his office staff at both locations are horrible. I had an appointment on May 11, 2021 with Dr. Ramagosa where he put me on a new medication the medication requires insurance approval and his nursing staff never sent the prescription in! I called them back a month later 06/10/2021 to find out what was going on and she gave me a bogus story, sent the prescription but sent the incorrect one. I called back the next day 6/11/2021 to try to get things straight and the nurse had another LIE...She stated I was sent home with samples (which i was not) that's why the particular

I went to see Dr. Ramagosa for the first time today to have fillers above my lips and on the corners of my mouth. He was so professional and nice. His Assistant, Hanna came in beforehand to explain the procedure to me. She, as well, was very professional but super nice in answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend Sunrise Dermatology!

My sixteen year old daughter went for a consultation with her father. I then schedule the follow up appointment thinking they would do the correct procedure. After doing the wrong procedure they still charged us. When ask for them to apply the money to the correct procedure they said she signed a consent form and they told her in detail what they were going to do. Abviously they have enough money not to care for their patients. My daughter has been going there since she was two. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Only giving a two so others can see this post.

Dr McKay is excellent! Her staff is very friendly, professional, and very competent. Dr McKay is very good at listening and then explaining things in a way that's easy to understand. I had a procedure and she had great bedside manner and made sure I was comfortable. So grateful I found Sunrise Dermatology

Scheduling an appointment took a little more effort than anticipated, but I was happy with the second person I spoke to for offering for me to see their nurse practitioner in order to be seen sooner. All of their MDs were booked out by 2-3 months, yet I got an appointment to see their NP only 3 weeks out from my call.
All of their new patient forms are available online so I didn't have to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Everything was saved electronically for them to print and upload here in the office. Checking in was a breeze. They do require masks to be worn, and the front
