My hubby and I loved in a week ago and everything has been amazing. The office staff is so super helpful! They are so sweet and so helpful! We moved from only about an hour away but we had lots of stuff and were moving to a third floor apartment and two neighbors helped us move stuff up! I am so impressed with the community, the people and the apartments. These homes are so nice!

I honestly don't believe any of these 5 star reviews are legit. If you have any questions about the lease you get attitude. We've only been here a month and none of the work orders from our walk through were made. The dishwasher has been broken since we moved in. Four work orders and they just get closed out. If you have any issues they say, "If you don't like it then leave." You'll get charged for valet trash that will never get picked up (not just me, I have emails over the course of the month being told we've been put on a "watch" while no one on my floor got picked up). I love living at Blue ridge! I have been living here since May and everything has been just great. If you have any questions Samantha is very helpful and informative. She makes sure your move in goes as smooth as possible and you have everything you need. Overall the apartment in spacious and nicely laid out. No major problems and even then maintenance is quick and fast to assist you. Definitely 10/10 and would recommend you to stay here!

I am looking into moving to Midland Texas from North Carolina. Samantha has been very helpful and has provided me with a lot of information. I am looking forward to moving to Texas. This complex provide me with excellent customer service and are always very friendly any questions that I have had I will call Samantha and she always has a positive feedback and information that is helping me in this transition to go smoothly. Very sweet staff. They look for every way to make you feel at home. My son is a resident there. As a collage mom you want the very best for your child I can say they have treated my son and I very great! Maintenance gets every problem fixed as a timely manner. The community is beautiful. Pool that is ALWAYS clean! 24 hour gym that is kept to par! Ground are awesome! Location Is awesome food and shopping at a walking distances! I recommend living here!

Samantha and Terri in the office are so helpful and sweet! I moved here earlier this month and only had one very minor maintenance issue and it was taken care of promptly. They always have their office door open and are ready to answer any questions. I did a lot of research on different apartments before moving to Midland and was scared off by a plethora of bad reviews but Blue Ridge Apartments had many positive ones and they're living up to it. I'm confident my time here will be excellent!

This place is an absolute nightmare. It's a joke of a property now. I have some more choice words but I should probably keep it G for the kiddos let's just say the office staff is a bunch of 2 faced losers. To put it nicely. They lied about me & my family's business. They lied about other things regarding employees. All to just climb their own ladder. Which will come crashing one day. I have never been this disgusted with a group of ppl or a management company. Bad people do not make it far in life. & these are bad people. What goes around comes around. You are better off

Moved to Midland a few months ago and sooo glad I found these apartments. Beautiful gated apartment complex, great location, amazing amenities, nice grounds, and they do food truck nights for the residents!! The office staff is great... especially Angela!!! She is my favorite and so easy to talk to and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!!!

The organization at this facility is horribly disorganized. I was asked to renew documents and policies at one point and after having done so and even spoken with the complex was harassed for a full month to complete the documents. Every time I explained I had turned in these documents I was told I was wrong for a full 15 minutes before they… found the documents they had obviously misplaced. I was also tricked into getting a longer lease than I wanted. Upon moving out I was overcharged for cleaning fees. I have seen the apartments this complex allows new residents to move in and my apartment
