I've gone to multiple medical spas in San Diego and B Med Spa is by far the best. From the front desk team to the expert nurses, everyone is polite, professional, super friendly and GREAT at what they do. From fillers, to Botox to microneedling, facials, and all the tweaks in between, I have loved every service and the results I get every time from the B Med Spa team.

My favorite med spa in town. The staff here are so kind and welcoming and every single RN and especially Dr. Haddad ate so talented with their techniques. I regularly have my Botox, fillers done here and they are so up to date with the best trends in the industry. They never overfill or make you look fake. Kelly is my go to for my aesthetics. I recently got an IV hydration with Rita, the PA which was so refreshing. My skin was glowing and I felt great for weeks after. Will definitely be making that a regular thing. This review is solely based on the Botox service I received from nurse Kelly. It's been 2 days and I'm left with a lump on my forehead (see pics) that I've never had in any other session and a consistent headache that hasn't gone away. I get the Botox to alleviate my migraines and headaches not to get them.

I cant recommend this place enough. All of the staff is wonderful, very welcoming and very helpful. Jaime has been my savior. For the last year, she has provided me with various customized services including microneedling, facials, dermaplaning, and peels. She has completely transformed my skin for the better! I rarely wear a full face of make up anymore and I definitely have her to thank. They are always running specials and great deals to make maintenance of your skin doable. Highly recommend!

Rita, a PA (physician assistant with 6-8 yrs of college), was better than amazing.
I was very nervous about procedures that would look un-natural on me. I don’t want to look “different” from who I am; But I DO want to look like I was before now.
Rita was a great listener, and once we came up with a treatment plan, I felt confident that I was in good hands.

I started coming for vitamin injections years ago, and then consulted with Chris for Hormone Replacement Therapy. While I kept coming back, year after year, I knew that I was overpaying. Also, only once in about 7 years was my blood retested. I recently got new health insurance and my new doctor reviewed my blood tests, and wanted to make some changes to my HRT. It was about $200 LESS a month than what I was paying! OUCH!

Love coming here the staff is amazing!
Jessica (brunette one) always has a smile on her and is very helpful. My husband and I love everyone's upbeat attitude here.
The staff is very educational and ready to answer any questions.
The other Jessica was very helpful with making us feel comfortable with the self injection process for the B12.
We normally get our IV's once a month here and the experience has never been a let down from the gentlemen in the IV lounge to the ladies up front.

I love coming here to get my facials. Tatum always does my micro and hydrafacials. She is the best and very informative.
I always feel very safe and secure and everything seems so clean and sanitized. You get your temperature checked and hand sanitizer before you enter.
I did take off one star because the only issue I had was that many people sit on the couches in the lounge area to wait. In order to maintain a virus / germ free environment the employees should wipe down and clean them with disinfectant periodically.

What a fabulous experience! Two weeks ago I had micro needling by TATUM and it was the best job I had ever had! (I previously had been to 3 different places over the years...). First of all, B Med Spa is gorgeous and so very clean. They follow all of the new rules for cleanliness and safety. I appreciate that! Making an appointment was easy. I took advantage of one of the specials, as this was a first time for micro needling there. (I had another service prior that was a quick wham bam and I was out and saw absolutely NO evidence of spending over $100 - but it was not microneedling and it

I come here for my microneedling treatments and let me tell youuuuuuu, I am so glad I found this place. Tatum and Chrissy have performed my treatments and they have been nothing but informative and great with my skin. I've done three sessions so far and I definitely plan on going once a month to help with my pitted acne scars and skin tone. I've seen improvement and I am really loving the results.
They numb your face with cream for about 20 minutes then proceed with the treatment. It's a little painful on areas where the skin is thin (forehead, jawline, cheek bones, nose, etc)

The gal I had for consultation was nice.
But I had specifically told them I was from a few states away , and wasnt going to be in San Diego for a long time. and I wanted to do same day treatment with consultation if possible. I was told yes they can do that. So i went ahead and booked the appt.
Then when the day came I was told I had to book the treatment on a separate date because a nurse called in and were completely booked.
Needless to say I was NOT happy what's so ever. I didnt book treatment appt either.

Loveee this place, helps me looking young and beautiful!! Even my husband goes all the time too. I get my facials done by Jaime Herwehe she's amazing!! l highly recommend her. I just had dermaplaning and microneedling done and the nurse Carolyn was awesome! She was very kind, positive and professional. And Kelly H. was helpful by giving me consultation advice prior to trying the dermaplaning add on to the microneedling. And lastly, the ladies at the front desk were also awesome. I'm looking forward to returning for another treatment!
