Perfect forehead botox. I've had side effects with a lip flip and need a very low dose, and sometimes whoever is administering my botox will argue, wanting a higher does, and everyone was very respectful and listened here. My platysma bands are still present, but it was my first time attempting so I have no comparison for if I just need a higher dose or if it even can work!

I was so happy with my experience here. I even missed my initial appt time (which I never do!) and they were so kind and understanding about it. They rescheduled for same day. I definitely plan to make this my go-to spot for my botox needs. So happy with the service and space here.

I received my first (of 3) RF needling sessions in December with Sarah. This was my first treatment with Sarah at BB Medloung. She was VERY informative, meticulous, and professional (and very sweet). I am in the aesthetic industry and have very high expectations. I used a Groupon for 20 units of botox. I have been using botox for years and know pretty well how it works on my forehead and frown lines. I was very disappointed in the next few days after my injection not seeing the usual relaxation of my wrinkles. I called them and told them I was very disapoinred and didnt think they had used full strenght botox, but agreed to wait the full 2 weeks for optimal results. But the 2 week mark I saw a bit more relaxation but not my usual responce by far. By the 2.5 month I needed to get another injetion because the first had all but worn off. I went to another

Worst experience of my life went there on Tuesday what's supposed to be just a regular Botox become into this bloodshot in my right eye my daughter was next to me and see some blood but we thought it was gonna be nothing bad next day I was developing a blurry and bloody eye all over my eye I call them and just said that it was gonna be better and no need to see a doctor they even laughed about it that it was not related I start making a research about this and found that it happens and it's a bad practice be careful about this place they don't even care they made a mistake

Honestly a little let down with my experience here. It was my first time ever getting anything done, (went in for Dysport) and it felt incredibly transactional. I asked questions only to get short answers and minimal conversation from the front desk. When I asked about aftercare, all I was told was just don't lie down- not what to look out for, why, etc.
My injection experience itself was decent with my nurse, but I was confused on what she needed me to do the entire time and also received no explanation. I am just let down that my first experience went this poorly and am truly bummed about

Chi is amazing! I started seeing her in 2019 for my first Botox ever with a Groupon. She is such an expert in her field and has given me the best advice for a natural and beautiful look. I am so grateful to her! Here are some pics of my glow up over the last 2 years. We started with Botox/dysport and gradually incorporated fillers and most recently a thread lift. This place is magic!

I really love the membership program! I've had good results when I've come in for my Botox/Dysport. My only concern is that the place doesn't exactly feel professional between the front desk banter and frankly the way it is set up. It feels a bit cluttered, dark and dusty. My only other concern is that Ive gone in twice now asking for consultation to get other services and both times I was sort of brushed off- saying oh we can do this and that and when I'm interested they say they will call me to schedule. No call back. I've called them back asking about the follow up

NP Genya is absolutely amazing. This was my 2nd time coming for botox and she never pressures me into getting more units than I need like I've noticed other med spas do. She offers me advice on other areas of concern for me that she won't be getting any benefit from other than simply helping me! I fully trust her expertise and she is the sweetest! I will definitely keep coming here for my botox.

This spa has an excellent array of top of the line laser services and offers some of the best products on the market. The staff is safe, well educated, medically trained and knowledgeable in the world of aesthetics. They also offer thread lifting and my favorite biostimulator products too. See Chi! You will get excellent results if you listen to her advice. You will come out of that place either more beautiful or reverse aging

I had to revise my review. I was a returning customer. ( 2nd visit ) I'm beyond flabbergasted at my experience this time around. 10 days ago I went in for toxins. (Had Toxins last year with Chi see other review of mine. ) Last year I had combination of Botox and Dysport and total cost was under 300 dollars. Great service last year. Not sure what has happened since then but now. They were not very friendly nor professional this time around. Let me explain why I say this. I am in customer service myself. I work

This place is great quality services for reasonable prices! There's always a good deal or promotion! As someone a little obsessed with skin and beauty, I love seeing Genya (she's a NP!) because she gently reminds me that less is more and the more natural is beautiful! I've trusted her with fillers, Botox, laser treatments and love the natural results. She never up sells or pressures me to do more. She's always telling what the current deals are so I can take advantage of it and save money. Beauty for less and beauty isn't cheap!

This is the best place in San Diego to have botox, fillers, lasers, or any other beauty treatment done!! The entire staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel right at home. The nurses are all very knowledgable and know what they are doing. I have seen every nurse there and I trust them all with my face :) I have also gotten my jawline reshaped as well as cool sculpting with them and am noticing a dramatic difference. They have great deals every month and I never feel like I am being pressured to buy more. They also have amazing estheticians that do waxing, facials, microblading, and more.

I came in for Botox for my 11's (glabellar lines between the brows) and saw Anna. She took the time to mark me up, really listened to what I wanted, gave suggestions but I never for a moment felt an up-sell vibe. Her pokes are so gentle lol. I've had an actual plastic surgeon and a dermatologist do my Botox before and their pokes hurt worse. I'm a week and a half out and it's perfect. The deep line I had between my brows is gone and I don't look concerned about everything! Haha. Their office was cute, parking is challenging. I was told you can double park behind the cars
