Came here for the first time after seeing a lot of positive reviews on the Nextdoor App. Walking in on a Wednesday an hour after opening, I could tell that this place stays pretty busy. I requested a mani with dip powder and a gel pedicure. I was seated right away and didn't have to wait on a tech for either service. I have to keep my nails short and I opted for a more natural dip color and Kathy gave it some glam by adding a nice little design touch. Super happy with this place and will definitely come back!

I loved coming to this place for pedicures and I decided to get a full set done and i regret it. I showed the girl the first picture is what I wanted the second is what I got.!! After I called to complain about how ugly they looked. The owner was so nice and told me to come back and shed have her fix it. After more failed attempts of getting it to look like the picture The full white is what I came out with.. If you can’t do something say it so we don’t waste each other’s time. I will continue to come back for pedicures as those are amazing.

I haven't had my nails done in at least two years since I got married!!!! Joe-D did exactly what I asked for and they are gorgeous! I will be back. I love that everyone has left her happy with their services!!! Found a new place to get manicures, and pedicures!

This is my third time coming to this establishment and I simple love this place. The staff is nice and friendly. It's clean. Lots of nail colors to choose from.

True Nails has never disappointed me! Been the only nail spot I go to for the past year and for good reason. Kim is super nice and greets everyone by name (if she knows you) and makes sure you know they haven't forgotten about you. Make an appointment! They're always busy with walk ins!!!

I've been here three times. Kathy the owner- do not tell your customers that they'll be seen at their appointment time and then have them wait 1 hour and a half to even be seen. You need to prioritize your scheduled appointments before your walk in. Absolutely terrible. I'll be giving my money to fresh nail and spa across the way from here on out. If you're looking for a recommendation- don't come here. They are also EXTREMELY unsanitary. They wash their used tools in the sinks customers use to wash their hands in. Disgusting. The tech I had used a USED BRUSH on my toes

This was my first time going and I have to say I was very impressed. The precautions they are taking with Covid are up to par. I love how they all wear white coats makes them look professional in uniform.
Even with them being busy Tina was so sweet and took her time on me. Loved the leg massage. The color came out great and I love how she cleaned up around the toes after which some places won't do.

I've been going to True Nails for a couple years the owners Kathy and Joe are wonderful! Kathy greets you by name, their shop is clean and take excellent precautions during COVID. Joe is who I normally see he does an incredible job! I have acrylics with gel, I go in every 2 to 3 weeks, usually I'm in and out leavibeautiful nails. I highly recommend

This was my first time. They where very friendly. I got the basic pedicure. The girl was very gentle and did not cut to deep or rub to hard. But, I gave them a 5 star because. They are implementing the COVID-19 precautions. You are asked to wear your face covering, put hand sanitizer Before sign-in In, after signing your name you are are you wash your hands . 5 star because this is how we keep each other safe and business operating. I have been meaning to post a review for this wonderful nail salon for quite sometime. With the concerns about Covid-19 and the "should I/shouldn't I go out of my comfort zone" mentality the time is NOW to give this salon the praise and thanks they so deserve. Their strict and unwaverable rules show that they truly care and love their staff AND their customers. I want to thank the ENTIRE STAFF (with a special thank you to my Diamond) for making me feel safe and comfortable entering and leaving your door. The fact that my fingers and toes always look great is just an added bonus

I found this place on yelp because the place I've been going to was getting too expensive and they were too pushy with extras. So I popped in and was very impressed. They have almost 200 different colors for gel polish. The place is very clean and welcoming. The building is pretty small and not much sitting area for waiting but they're fast enough that it's not a problem. The prices are great for what you get. I will for sure make this my go to place for manicures and future pedicures. I had Kelly as my manicurist and she did an amazing job shaping my nails and applying the gel.

I have been going there for 10+ years and my family having been going there for 5+ years. These people do nails absolutely beautifully. They have reasonable prices and fantastic nail artistry skills.

Always friendly and affordable prices. No pressure to upgrade or pay for additional services. Wish they had more regular polish colors but they'll use any color you want to bring and have a lot of gel options. Cindy did a great job!

Long wait time and I feel like they do not sanitize all their tools as they should be, to go into detail: I did not like the fact that they wanted to use a USED pumice stone on my feet. Called to make an appointment to get a mani+full set and pedi. Arrived at 4:15 left at 6:10 without my nails done. They said they would do my nails while I got my pedi which is what I wanted because I wanted to leave at a reasonable time to pick up my kids. They trimmed off my old set while I was getting a pedi and that was it. After my pedicure was done they had me soak my nails for an hour. They took off my old

I've been coming to the place for almost 10 years. I haven't been recently as I moved out of the area but they're really great. No frills kind of place. Excellent customer service and decent prices. Most of the techs can do you basic nails services with a few that can do acrylics. No SNS or crazy nail designs here so if you want Cardi B nails.... This won't be the place for you.

I have been here mutiple times over the last three years and normally they do a great job but i went 2 days ago and i now have to go to a doctor as my toe is infected. I knew right when she did it. She pulled a piece of skin right down the edge of my nail. Also my toes are already chipped which normally they last at least 2 weeks. Shame i won't go back now but they were really reliable before.

Staff is very nice, and my nails don't lift till atleast 3-4 weeks!!

I was shocked for the price how well they do.

Also, I brought my son with me and he started to get fussy and i was feeling embarrassed and I forget her name but the sweetest lady, grabbed him and held him and played with him for atleast 30 minutes
