When I moved in the prices were great and renewals were well below the legal max limit. That offset the location, parking, and laundry. That said, I believe my last two lease renewals have been close to the legal max. I'm still under the advertised rental prices, but if you're looking for a new place, you could probably do better. The parking is suboptimal, some units have assigned parking three floors down a hill and little to no parking for a second car or a guest. Laundry rooms don't all have a way to reload your laundry card. May be walking awhile if you need a reload. Think they did recently

I lived in Bella Terra for 14months & it was subpar to say the least. If you leave out the terrible parking, loud neighbors, roaches, crime, dirty/broken laundry facilities, & terrible dumpster conditions you’ll find even the management is an absolute mess. The leasing office is so scatter brained and unorganized it has cost us an abundance of time & money trying to communicate with them the simplest things. Don’t even think about trying to get your security deposit back. Even though the apartment was inspected twice before move out they wanted to take the security deposit & charge an addition

I know there are so many other 1 star ratings, but our experience was worth adding. My dear friend and I first arrived at our new apartment at Bella Terra after moving down from Washington. We first opened the door to an uncleared apartment with left over taken out carpet and dirty toilets. When we called the front office they were rude and tried telling us it had been professionally cleaned. Quite the warm welcoming. Did I mention this was during the heat of Covid? My lovely fiancé cleaned my bathroom for me because it was so unbearable. The rest of the year didn't get much better. From

We love living here is a great place, We have been here since Man I don’t even know. It’s been over 1520 years we’ve lived here now. Price is getting a little high but we can still afford it we like it so much we stay the area is great there’s everything around you where you need to go even if you have to walk Costco’s right there everything. Thank you for calling this our home.

I will say I have lived in many homes and apartments, Bella Terra is home for the last 3 years. What makes this place great is the staff hands down. Steve the property manager and his associates Sierra and Anne go above and beyond. They are always helping especially in these trying times of covid! Thanks you staff!

Would not recommend! Not a good area. Homeless going through trash a lot. Cockroaches at night that were so gross. Never felt safe to go for walks. Apartment itself was good size. When we moved out they tried to take our whole deposit saying it wasn't clean even though I left it completely clean. I luckily had photos taken of the place when I left. The photos they took looked completely different than mine and may have been doctored. When I showed the differences to management they agreed the photos didn't match and gave me my deposit back. If you move here, take pictures of everything

This place is not meant for older people. Stairs everywhere. Parking is horrible. No landscape maintenance on the lower level or walkways, porches, etc. Overgrown trees and bushes around my stairs. Trash, dead leaves all over. Lost money at the laundry card purchase machine. I will never invite anyone over nor would I because it's a hike from the street. Air conditioner went out during a heat wave. No maintenance on the weekends. Sorry I moved here.

I'm currently getting ready to move out and this place is trash. I moved in at the beginning of March and since then we have had rats in our apartment, ants, and fruit flies. This place is a legit hell hole. Some of the neighbors are super noisy and they legit walk around the complex smoking cigarettes so if your window is open your entire house is gonna smell like cigarette smoke. Don't bother coming here it's not worth it. And the rent is super expensive.

Moved out 9/30/2020 and I am much happier now. My fiancé read the reviews before we moved in but decided to give it a chance anyway. In our experience these are the complaints that were true:
Cockroaches and spiders EVERYWHERE, they try to knock down the webs every morning to hide it but by noon the spiders are back. We even had a mouse in our place that we could never catch and they did nothing about
If you dont beat the worktime rush home you'll never have decent parking and you'll get ticketed alot if you park in the wrong spot which is easy to do with a winding bike lane.

My kids and I moved in a year ago and we love it. The location of our apartment is very convenient to the pool area and laundry room. Ariana was super nice and helpful when we moved in. The price for my storage unit was pretty good considering the surrounding storage facilities. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner if I had issues.
My only negatives are the pet deposit and monthly charge is high compared to other complexes I looked at prior to the move. We've had issues with roaches and we are super clean as can be. Could be from the outlets?

If you do move here, here are some helpful tips:
- Put something on your patio/balcony that makes it easy to spot for Amazon deliveries/ doordash etc. The map up front will just randomly disappear or get messed up and the building numbers are not easy to see. This will save you a lot of time tracking down your packages at someone else's unit.
- Get a Ring Camera. They are all over the complex now for a reason!
- These units are prone to leaking during the rainy season. Buy a bucket now if you're on the 2nd floor. It happened every year, and every year the staff seemed overwhelmed by it and would

Just moved out of this complex. These people love to add on uncessesary charges so they can take your money before you move out. Aside from a few chips of paint on the bathroom door, the apartment was just as we left it and they didn't have us present during the last inspection. Also they charge $25 for a returned check fee. Do not recommend

Id give this spot a zero if I could tbh. Complete s*** show. Parking- (Rule is only 2 cars allowed to park on site with sticker) nobody enforces the rule so therefore parking is non existent , not monitored for the limited amount of spaces. There is a main electrical disconnect room that is completely unlocked and un monitored for anyone to do as they please. This past weekend I had my power shut off twice in a matter of 20 minutes. If you want to live in a nice place do not choose this one . I guess this is on the low end of rent prices but jesus

I gave this Apt. Complex a 5 Star rating 2 yrs. ago but am NOT going to give a good one now. R.& V. Management has continued to raise rents. $300. in 3 yrs. Last one was a "whopping" $150. in addition to huge Gas, Water & Sewage of $99. a mo. ( Not inc. S.D.G.& E ) They aren't trimming in areas behind bldgs causing piles of leaves. Bushes have grown up to 6 & 7 feet... even after Mgr. was asked 5 times & assist. Mgr. 3 times!
Corporate is GREEDY.. & to have a ROOMMATE they have to pass a strict CREDIT CHECK & be PUT ON THE LEASE!!! ( Costing

Just moved into these apartments about 2 months ago.
I haven't had any problems with any of the staff or the facilities like people were saying before. Parking can be a pain if you get home late but my roommates and I have never not found a spot. The maintenance crew are all very nice and respectful when entering our home, and always come help us right away with anything.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First the parking is a joke. There's never open spots so you have to park on the street. They have a parking service that pays them kick backs for every car towed. The tow drivers go around at night and check for cars with out stickers. I bought a new car got home at 8 at night and had no way to get a new sticker so I parked in my assigned covered parking and the next morning my car was gone on a Saturday night they were closed Sunday so I couldn't get my car until Monday so I lost two days of work.

Ok, so we recently moved in this month and I have a family of 4 with a 1yr old son. The staff was absolutely amazing with getting us into an apartment as we were transferring from a Sister apartment complex. The last complex I won't lie was freakin horrific and so coming from that to here was like night and day.
So the apartment is so amazing with lots of space. I love how there is tons of cupboard space, kitchen is a great size with all appliances except microwave, great size bathrooms, master bedroom is huge, second bedroom is good size as well and really cute balcony with outside storage
