We had my daughter's Tiguan in for some oil leaks. The VW shop wanted a fair amount more to fix them. Kurt was extremely attentive and professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Prior to the oil change, my vehicle was on the hoist where an inspection was performed on my brakes and a visual of the underside. Once lowered, the engine compartment was checked. A report was given to the front desk representative where he then came to me to give thorough results. Antifreeze and power steering fluid slightly low which they topped off. Keep an eye out for any future leaks. Some rust developing on sides of front brake rotors but good thickness of pad left. He told me if brakes start to squeal when used, it may be time for a front brake job. Then then oil change happened and I was

My vehicle was in to have a windshield wiper motor replaced. The original quote was almost $700 and they found another motor for less so it ended up being $500 only after I mentioned the motor is like $100 on Amazon. The service tech scratched my paint on the cowling in two different spots and after two hours the wipers stopped working again. Apparently a nut or something was loose. The front desk said they would take care of me the next time I am in. I sure hope they do as I have spent a couple of thousand dollars here in the last year on very new vehicles. Honest one completes new rear rotors for me today and they were organized, helpful and on time. My husband and I come back again and again because I know the quality they provide and stand behind their word. The manager, Troy and his team know their stuff inside and out and I know whomever I speak with they can help me.

This was my first time going to an outside place to get an oil change, and I am nothing if not impressed. The people were kind and not pushy at all, and got my oil change done quick and efficiently, as well as alerted me to another issue that I hadn't known about but was glad to fix at a later time. Even with having a few issues on top of the oil change, they never pressured me into buying anything, which I felt was really nice and just showed that yes, in fact, they are honest, as their name suggests.
