All the previous reviews 5-star reviews prompted me to use Jurek's. What started off as a simple brake quote, turned into same-day service with lots of extra worked performed. However, the work was very necessary and it stemmed from Carl's thorough review of all systems. All 4 brakes, sparkplugs, oil change, and rear suspension were all fixed in less than 7 hours. I am confident it would have cost 50% more at a dealership. In short, Carl is competent, affordable, and very professional. No one likes a big expense, but it's nice to know there are honest people who simply want to do a good job and

Carl is honest, does excellent work, is very reliable and affordable. Carl's quote for a plethora of issues was nearly half of what the dealer quoted me. In addition, he found issues that the dealer's multi-point inspection did not find, and my bill was still way cheaper than the dealer quote. If you want a mechanic honest enough to tell you what needs to be done and what you should eventually have done down the road, instead of trying to use scare tactics to get you to spend as much as possible, give Carl a call or shoot him an email. You will not be disappointed.

Carl was very responsive to my emails hadand ndwas able to fit us in a couple days after I was in contact with him and had us in and out in no time! He did a wonderful job fixing our exhaust issue we had. We definitely will go back to him for any other vehicle issues we have.

I would highly recommend Jurek Service. I've had great experiences with Carl. He's reasonable priced and offers flexible schedule options that works best for the customer - including late-night repair options that you won't see from other repair shops. He's also very transparent with the work he's about to perform and won't perform or push for unnecessary repairs.

Went again for another fix on my car. Carl is super fast, very reasonably priced, and always talks through everything he does, which I value because I like knowing what was going on with my car. He never tries to upsell me on extraneous work and is by far the quickest and most responsive mechanic I have ever used. Easily my recommendation to any friends looking for a mechanic in the area. This is where you should take your car if you are looking for a local mechanic who does great work, talks straight, and won't rip you off.

Family and I got a flat tire when we were at dinner on a Friday night. My husband called Carl with Jurek Service and he said we could come right over. We were hoping that we could just patch it but we actually somehow had part of a scissors in the tire and it needed to be replaced. Carl ordered the tire and it was there on Saturday. He told us to come on in and it was on within minutes. We didn't even have to get out of the car!
Shop is small but clean and organized.
Only downfall is it's a weird location (totally worth going off the beaten path) and there are a bunch of potholes on

Carl was great. He was kind, patient, explained every part of the service that was needed and was willing to meet me in the freezing cold temps during the Polar Vortex to service my car.

Stop whoever you’re seeing for your car and take it here. Carl will be fair, honest, and work with you on making sure your car is safe on the roads. He is the type of mechanic who definitely cares more about your safety than what’s in your wallet. He’s gone above and beyond for us, goes that extra mile by replacing small things like wiper fluid, bulbs, etc without having us worry about it down the road, and recommending future repairs with reasonable prices. Professional and friendly and put me at ease, even coming by alone at night I felt right at home! I was having my car checked over for Lyft/Uber.
Just double check the form, because he messed up my VIN number and model year when he filled it out so it got denied.
Thankfully the error was small enough that I was able to fix it by changing the numbers around and it was approved.
