Our company's key to success in pest management depends upon the quality of service delivered by our employees. We continue in educating and training our service technicians in the newest and most advanced products and pest management techniques. Our service technicians test in licensing exams, take technician service performance evaluations, and have report monitoring.
Time certainly has changed since 1982, and we find it very important to adapt to the newest methods of customer service with our office staff and technicians. We do this to bring you the highest quality service in the area. Despite our growth, we still maintain that small business mindset of caring about the needs of the customer.

Your home can be a target for termites. Even buildings and houses on concrete slabs are threatened by termites finding their way through small cracks. Termites are so clever and efficient that no efforts at termite-proof construction methods have worked out completely successful. While other companies were doing monthly interior services for residential customers, Masters Pest Control knew that didn't make sense.
Sometimes unwanted critters can get into your home through holes in your attic, crawlspace or other damaged areas. Not only do these animals carry germs and disease, they can do damage once inside your home. Unwanted raccoons, mice, rats, squirrels and more can all be major nuisances if not taken care of.
Stink bugs, which can be green, brown or gray, are common insect pests that give off unpleasant odors when disturbed. These critters can enter homes and residences through weaknesses in the foundation. If allowed to proliferate inside the building, the bugs can infest most rooms of the house. While a few stray bugs can generally be vacuumed up, larger populations will nearly always require professional assistance.
While ticks are most abundant in wooded areas, they are also commonly found in our lawns and shrubs. There are a number of measures residents can take to reduce the possibility of being bitten by a tick on their property. Ticks (and their primary hosts - mice, chipmunks and other small mammals) need moisture, a place away from direct sunlight, and a place to hide.

After the inspection there was an unbelievable cost of $9,400 to treat a few places. When told them, they justified it by saying the insulation would have to be removed. All the places that were noted for treatment were exposed. I think they cheat many people because they are forced to get the treatment because of a closing or refinancing. I will never use them again. Just because they have been in business for many years does not mean they aren't gouging people. Never again.

Masters to the rescue! We came to our beach house to find that a mouse (mice??) had infiltrated and made quite a mess. Bob came out first thing the next morning. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We've used them for years for bugs and have been very satisfied. Glad to know they take care of critters too.
