Carroll and Diane Brasure are the owners of Brasure's Pest Control, Inc., along with their children, Christopher (Chris) Brasure and Tammy (Tami) Brasure Collins. Chris, as VP and part owner, is in charge of our vehicle fleet, employee certifications/ training and oversees the day-to-day of all field technicians/operations.
Tami, as VP and part owner, heads the scheduling, customer service and commercial accounts departments, as well as oversees the day-to-day office operations. Our staff has grown from Carroll and Diane in 1971 to over 50, including office administration members and in-the-field pest control technicians.

Ants are usually considered a nuisance pest and only enjoy a slightly better reputation than other home invaders like cockroaches and mice. We asked them to come today and remove a wasp nest, while the exterminator was here asked him to look around the exterior of the house for more nests which he claimed he did, alleging he found nothing. Later today while out on the porch I saw 2 more potter’s wasp nests within mere feet of the one removed and called back. The operator tried to remedy the situation twice by having him return, but the cowardly supervisor made her do the dirty work and we were then informed it would be another $195.00 call to come back and do the work he was asked to do initially. Called in March to cancel our spring service. Received a bill anyway. Called to ask why we were getting threatening letters to be told we needed to pay $500 even thou we cancelled. Was told we can be charged even thou we cancelled and we received two sprays. Won't just charge just for two..pretty sure we didn't get, but will drop the 94$ in late… fees. Im sorry I have an issue for paying for services we did not receive and/or was not cancelled in the system. The only time I noticed us getting sprayed, we notified the tech we cancelled in which he told us it was fine. I guess so since they

Brasures came 3x within 30 days to treat for ants. The ants were still terrible after 3 treatments. They sent a supervisor by to see me when I called to complain, and he gave me the runaround. Said I had ants because I had a bird feeder! I gave up and put out Terro traps. Ants were completely gone in 3 days and still are. Wish Brasures had taken responsibility for lack of success. Would have more respect for their customer service.
