29 years later and I still love being a State Farm Agent. The most important lesson I've learned along the way is people want to talk to an agent, a real person, sit across from them when something catastrophic happens in their lives. Insurance isn't all about the price - it's taking care of people and those they love.

So, we just went through a Kentucky snow experience where it was declared State of Emergency. My wife was picking up my son unexpectedly the vehicle and among 10 other vehicles behind her were not able to make it up the hill. Nobody can move their vehicles...well for those only had 2-wheel drive. I came and picked her and our kid up from school. I had to take a different route.
At this point, our vehicle was parked on the side shoulder and the street. Unfortunately, the shoulder was small otherwise she would've back down fully into the side shoulder.
We called our State Farm Insurance for roadside

The agent I worked with, Jamiel was incredibly helpful and I appreciate him so much!!!!! He was amazing to work with and so incredibly helpful. The experience is great while you sign up as a customer which I was for almost 3 years. Upon moving my auto insurance due to moving states and wanting to cancel my renters insurance, Robin's team successfully moved my auto but did nothing with the renters insurance. They also chose not to transfer my addresses over which stopped me from receiving mail.
I found out 5 months later they chose not to turn off my renters insurance so I called them. After requesting calls back from voicemail and talking to secretary, none were returned. 8 months later the Florida insurance office contact to cancel renters

I switched to this agency after being with the same company for nine years, which can be a little scary. However, from my first contact with Kimmie Cunningham I felt relief. She gave me a fantastic rate for auto and renter's and is saving me a lot of money with better coverage! It was an enjoyable experience visiting their office, everyone is super nice. I also appreciate the more personal relationship that I now have with them versus calling a 800 number. I am completely satisfied with this office and would highly recommend them to anyone! Kimmie is simply the best!
