Staff at the counter to pay was very unhelpful and had an attitude. Asked me to go and get the price of the acres and then made me count them...... Obviously she couldnt count.... A real shame as the shop is very good and the staff are helpful. But the woman taking my money to pay for some screws was the worse I've ever experienced.

They certainly have a wide range of goods, but the service we received, both on the phone and in the store, was horrendous. We needed a couple of fluorescent bulbs and when my wife called to see if they had them in stock, the woman who answered the phone made my wife feel as if she had greatly inconvenienced this person. When we went to the store, we let the person at the register know that we were in a bit of a hurry as we wanted to be able to catch the Sconset bus which was due in about 10 minutes. We were purchasing two fluorescent bulbs and a gift card and it took us almost 20 minutes (yes
