Experience and genuine care for his patient's well-being has been the underlying force guiding Dr. Workman in his practice. Dr. Workman says, There is something about knowing that a Doctor has truly listened to your needs and will do all he can to help you. This kind of care is scarce in an age of mass production.

This is a system of health care that releases a serious stress from the body through a specific adjustment placed into the body through an adjustment (manual or Activator instrument) to re-align misaligned joints. This will allow for proper motion in the joint thus releasing the strangle hold on our nerves, muscles and ligaments that cause pain, numbness, tingling, stiffness, neuropathies, fatigue, weakness, and all together not a happy person.
New patients are always welcome at the Cary back and neck pain clinic. Please call 919-851-0980 to make an appointment. After receiving a 4 year degree, the Chiropractic student enters Chiropractic school for another four and a half years. Chiropractic doctors take the same courses as medical school doctors.
Playing with my kids was impossible, even doing something as basic as making pasta caused excruciating pain. I couldn't do anything, simple things like picking up a gallon of milk or shaking somebody's hand or brushing my hair, or just little things, like typing. Everything, everything started to hurt.

I will not recommend this place to anyone . I went there at 2009 for a car accident treatments, they me the treatments were covered by insurance. I asked them to call the Insurance company before I start treatment . They claimed they did, years later I see 519.40 on my credit report for non payment . They lie to me to get the business, very disappointed .

I am grateful for the Cary Neck & Back Pain Clinic, and Dr. Workman's expertise in the field. When I first saw Dr. Workman, my neck felt "fused", and I was in major pain, and had limited mobility.
Dr. Workman listens to his patients, and works with each one individually. He does not make you feel like another "number", or rushed, to move on to the next patient. He also gives great advice about nutrition and exercise since he has a broad background in health and fitness, etc...
The Graston Technique helped me a great deal, including the adjustments. I highly recommend Dr. Workman. To be free of

I was referred to their office by another local chiropractor for a long-term soft tissue problem. I'd had a knot between my right shoulder blade and spine ever since I began working at a computer back in the '80's. I had tried physical therapy, electrical stimulation, deep tissue massage, moist heat, stretching, and plenty of ibuprofen and acetaminophen - to no avail. They used the Graston Technique on me and, after 2 sessions, it was almost gone! Not just feeling better, but it physically diminished to almost nothing after only two sessions! As a healthcare professional, this chiropractor is one

My experience with Dr. Mark Workman at Cary Back Clinic has been very positive. His professional approach to chiropractic care and restoring my health has been refreshing. Having to find a chiropractor when moving from out of state that I could trust was a little unnerving. I have found a chiropractor that I trust with restoring my health in order to continue the active lifestyle that I have come to expect.

My family has been seeing Dr Workman for a number of years and he is very thorough and uses new techniques as well. You cannot go wrong .... and you need to see him if you are having any issues with limited mobility, range of motion, chronic joint pain, and many other ailments....Spinal misalignment is an underlying cause for so many ailments.
