Brian C. Freeman has practiced law for over 30 years including serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Samuel C. Scott of the Hudson County Superior Court and as a Deputy Attorney General for the state of New Jersey. He is admitted to the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and District of Columbia Bars and is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
Brian C. Freeman has practiced law for over 30 years including serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Samuel C. Adam C Brown, Esq. is a practicing associate attorney at the Freeman Law Center, located in Journal Square, Jersey City, New Jersey. His primary concentration is litigation, specializing in the area of family law. His background in corporate and individual taxation, and experience clerking in the Family-Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey provides him with a unique perspective to counsel across all aspects of family law.
New Jersey Attorney Michael J Cicala has practiced law in multiple courts across the state for over a decade. He served a judicial clerkship with Daniel P. Mecca, P.J.S.C. in Bergen County. Mr. Cicala completed his clerkship and joined the boutique firm of Sodini and Spina, primarily representing banking clients and commercial investors.

I dealt with Mr brown who first seem to be sincerely caring. The day of court he did not show up or call me or email me, instead some other lawyer appeared on his behalf. He knew absolutely nothing about my case and had me going through what I have already explained to Mr. Brown. I felt misrepresented, now almost a month later and still haven’t heard from him. Definitely don’t recommend this group as their lack of unprofessionalism was apparent by their lack of communication and follow through.

These guys have a great practice going with a skilled and caring staff that truly cared about my wife's case in the Jersey City court. She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving and improper passing. She received these tickets in the mail not from a police officer. Thanks to the Freeman office all the tickets was dismissed after two court hearings with no fines.
