Trust is absolutely critical to any attorney-client relationship. Unfortunately, some lawyers today don't seem to understand that trust is also a two-way street. No one owes it to you; you have to earn it. Since 1979, professionals at the law offices of Andrew Rubin have been earning the trust of individuals and business clients in Essex County, and throughout northern and central New Jersey.
We have done this by being accessible to our clients, by keeping in regular contact, by returning calls promptly and by resolving legal matters in satisfying, timely and cost-effective ways - all in a more personable, flexible setting where clients have the opportunity to work directly with their attorney and have the confidence that comes with knowing their legal matters are being handled by an attorney with 30 years of experience.

Services
If what you need is straightforward legal advice, quality services you can depend on or representation you can trust to protect important personal or business interests - Andrew Rubin, Attorney at Law, is the law firm to consider. As a full service, general practice litigation law firm, we offer clients informed legal advice in a variety of practice areas.
Some because of the frustration of working with a lawyer who doesn't return their phone calls and doesn't respond to their questions or concerns. Some because of the experience of hiring a larger law firm where their concerns get handed off to new associates or passed around from lawyer to lawyer throughout the process.
When an attorney or other professional fails to fulfill or uphold a professional duty, there are ways to hold that person accountable. Regardless of whether the failure involved deliberate misconduct or some form of negligence, if you are injured by the breach of professional standards you may have a compensation claim.
When you hire a lawyer to protect your legal interests, you expect that they will be competent and adhere to the standards of practice for their profession. Unfortunately, when an attorney fails to meet these standards the results for clients can be financially, legally and emotionally damaging. We take a great deal of pride in our service to clients.
The firm represents clients in defending against attorney fee claims in New Jersey. In New Jersey, before an attorney may file a lawsuit for fees, he or she must follow certain procedural rules. Further, all attorneys fees in New Jersey must be reasonable, and the client is entitled to a hearing on the reasonableness of the fees, either during fee arbitration or, if fee arbitration is not selected, in a fully litigated case.

Andrew is a magnificently talented attorney. I had a case in Nj with an unprofessional awful lawyer from Woodbridge nj, who has the worst reviews on the planet, and who lost my case in all courts and disappeared, but thankfully I found Mr. Andrew Rubins through my real Estate attorney in NY, and this man is highly educated, professional and competent. He successfully fought and won my massively damaged court case in a detailed lawsuit which he fought hard to win. He also was able to win back and retrieve all my prior legal fees and for this I am so incredibly thankful for such a great attorney

The First time I met Andy was at Madison Square Garden 30 years ago.
He was recommended by a old friend to represent me to keep MSG & Paramount from not paying monies they owed that was well into the six figures. After the extremely short meeting maybe 3 minutes but, only after the CEO of MSG and his team of 12 lawyers keep us waiting for well over an hour the meeting ended abruptly. Once the MSG Staff all sat down Andy asked the CEO at the time are you sure everyone is here that is supposed to be here? The CEO answered yes why? Andy said well so many people have been walking in and out of here

I found Andrew Rubin, Esq online and wasn't sure what to expect. Now that he has concluded a very big and important legal malpractice case for me, I am happy to share my feelings about his representation. Andrew is a terrific lawyer. He grasps concepts quickly and his fees for his services are quite reasonable.
You should take my recommendation seriously since I am a lawyer myself and have been involved in litigation for many years.

I called looking to be pointed in the right direction on a matter and Mr. Rubin answered a few questions and provided his opinion. When I asked for clarification on a point he wished me luck and hung up on me. While I do appreciate the fact that he took the 3 minutes to speak to me cutting me off and hanging up on me while I was still asking the question was unprofessional. All the positive reviews online are from men - maybe that's why I was cut short.

I hired Mr. Rubin for two matters. One was a litigation against a national bank and he litigated a successful settlement. The second was to finalize a settlement granting me title to my home which two attorneys had failed to achieve. He worked methodically and diligently, and with outside experts, and was able to resolve all issues, finalize the settlement and reduce liens. He arranged for me to take good title and resolved a huge nightmare in my life. At all times, I found him engaged, highly competent and responsive. I highly recommend him.

Mr Rubin took on a very Ugly case against an Attorney who took extra funds from me in a Settlement. The case was in Federal Court and Mr Rubin was very Professional and Personal in handling my case. Mr. Rubin got me a Favorable Settlement, and did not overcharge for his services. In conclusion Mr. Rubin took on my case that other Lawyer's contacted were afraid to touch. Mr. Rubin represented me well, thank you

I hired Mr. Rubin about a year ago to resolve a difficult real estate situation. Not only did Mr. Rubin finished the job ahead of schedule, he also exceeded all my expectations.
He kept me informed every step of the way, was always available when I needed him and gave me some of the best advice I ever got from an attorney.
Highly recommended.
