My family booked a trip to Jamaica with Lisa Jones for 6/18-6/22. She has been absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. She did not provide our group of 40+ people with any updates regarding the trip throughout this entire pandemic, not even to tell us the resort would be closed until July/August!! She did not respond to our emails or phone calls in the weeks leading up to the trip and had the audacity to finally send an email that our trip is nonrefundable on the day we were anticipated to return from Jamaica! This experience has truly been a nightmare.

Avoid spending your money to book any travel with Lisa Jones and her company. She is completely unprofessional and unreliable. She used the global health pandemic as an excuse for her poor business etiquette which included lack of communication and follow up with many paying customers. My family booked a large group trip with her and due to the pandemic many of us contacted her on several occasions to try and understand what our options were. The trip was scheduled to start on June 18th and end on June 22nd. We received no communication from her at all until June 23rd which at that point the trip

Lisa Jones is a scam artist. Please stay away. She was assigned to plan my sisters wedding. Gave so many excuses why things were not done. We ended up firing her and planned the wedding ourselves with no stress. She is dishonest and does not know what she is doing. Never gave us our money back as well.
