Red Carpet made travel to and from my wedding a seamless experience. Mamun our driver was perfectly on time (early, in fact) to pick us up at our home in the afternoon and at the venue at the end of the night, helped us with all the bags we brought, and was very friendly. Would recommend them for any occasion.

We had a night out with friends and Red Carpet Coach & Limousine went above and beyond to make sure our night was amazing. Our driver was so courteous and helpful and suggested some great stops that we had never thought of. The vehicle was clean and we felt very safe. We all had so much fun and we will absolutely be using them again. I highly recommend Red Carpet to anyone looking for transportation for any reason.

Highly recommended ! Used them for a bus trip to the vineyards with 20 + people. The bus was beautiful. Stocked nicely. Our Driver Tyrone was great, very friendly And knew the roads so we avoided traffic and the ride was smooth. We had a bunch of issues with our group with how many people we were actually going to be and needing to change the size of the bus but each time I called to see what they could do for us Jessica always went above and beyond to try and accommodate us. Will definitely use them again!!

I am so appauled at this company. On 8/4 I called and spoke to a gentleman at 2:19, 3:07 and 3:22 pm with multiple questions about their services, availability for the date I wanted etc.... after multiple questions were answered, I purchased the Groupon for a one way transportation. I called today to schedule (3:40 pm). At that time I was told they had to collect my credit card info for a $100 deposit. I asked about that because the Groupon did not state that anywhere nor did the person I spoke to a day before, three separate times, tell me that this was going to be needed. The gentleman today

Red Carpet Limo was a pleasure to work with during my entire time of wedding planning! Barbara, Jessica and Mike were all wonderful and couldn't have made things go any smoother! We got a party bus for the whole bridal party and us. It was absolutely amazing! The lights in with the music, nice and clean and stocked up with all types of drinks! I used red carpet for my wedding on Friday 5/25/18. From the beginning Mike was awesome and made me feel like family. We had gotten a party bus, a rolls Royce and a suburban limo. The limos were clean and the party bus was so much fun. Our bridal party loved it. Barbara is great too and made the whole experience easy and fun. She was always there if I had a question and even kept me calm the week of the wedding when I called her and realized I had conflicting times with my photographer. Red carpet limo is great! Use them for your wedding you won't be disappointed!

I had contacted a ton of limo companies before my wedding. I didn't get great vibes from anyone, so I decided to start asking friends and family. My cousin used Red Carpet limo for her wedding in September and said that they did a great job. She was right! I talked to the owner on the phone and he was so accommodating. I wasn't 100% sure about my plan for transportation, and he helped me make a plan that fit our schedule and budget. In lieu of a traditional limo, we actually booked a 56 passenger coach bus for the entire day. Barbara helped throughout the planning process with our deposits

I used red carpet for about 10 years. Dan and his crew are reliable, caring, and will accommodate you in any way possible. Their vehicles are up to date and in top notch condition. We rented a 50 passenger bus through them for shuttle service and the driver had no idea how to get to my venue (they had weeks to look up directions...) They got lost, and finally my sister's fiancé had to whip out his phone to use the GPS and guide the driver to the venue. It turned what should have been a 20 minute drive into a 50 minute drive. When the wedding was over the driver wouldn't turn the air conditioner on until he left the venue, so all my guests were on a hot bus with no air circulation for at least 15 minutes while the venue was clearing out. Never in a million years would I recommend this company to even my greatest enemy. It was one thing that the service nearly made half of my wedding attendants late for my wedding ceremony due to pure incompetence, and the only reason they arrived on time was because the hotel used their own shuttle to send them as the red carpet shuttle bus was no where to be found (but they still have all the money-not even an offer for a partial refund). Never got a bottle of champagne, which they said was included in the fee - maybe we got it but we weren't told where it was, so no one got to enjoy that.
Keep in mind, you pay for the number of hours, not the number of wineries in the package. We were running a half hour late and there was traffic and traffic is included in the 7 hours you pay for.. So hope that you don't get stuck in traffic for four hours and then only make it to one winery, even though you paid for the whole package of four stops.
I also confirmed - twice - that the lunch would include vegetarian wraps for my guests

This is the second year I have used red carpet to organize a wine tour. Both women in the office that I have worked with were great, helpful and professional. This year when I potentially wanted to add someone last minute because I thought I miss counted they responded quickly and were willing to do so. As for our drivers both years they were great. However this year with Stu was amazing. He was super friendly and flexible with tailoring the tour to our desire.

Horrible, I was looking to hire them a while ago so they had my name and phone number. Then thats when things changed. I decided not to use them based on the reviews I read here and they tried to change pricing and times. The owner then started calling me at 7pm at home and cell, he would not stop calling, I put his phone number on block and he used another phone, I put that on block then he called with a CALLER ID BLOCKED. I was completely blown away by the exceptional service from this limo company! I booked their 10 pass. limo for my friend's bachelorette party and they were nothing short of excellent from start to finish. We had to reschedule the date because the bride was in the hospital a few days before our set date. Barbara was compassionate, understanding, and totally willing to work with us. She even recommended some wineries and gave me some more info about planning our new day for the bride. The rate we were given for the limo was superb... significantly better than the other companies I had looked

Truly horrified by my experience with this company, especially the owner Mike.
The limo to take the groom and groomsmen to the church never showed up and they all had to take cabs at the last second.
None of the drivers that did show up knew where to go and I personally had to give directions on my wedding day.
I'm embarrassed to say, but I paid them $6700 for wedding day transportation (including contacting my personal banker to make a wire because they refused to accept my check and treated me like a criminal) and Mike the owner refused to even reimburse me for the cabs

I rented a stretch SUV for 16 people for my Bachelorette Party to go vineyard hopping on the North Fork. The morning of the trip we got upgraded to a party bus free of charge. Our driver, Stu, arrived 15 minutes early and was absolutely fantastic. We had no problems going from vineyard to vineyard and we never felt rushed to leave or pressured to stay longer at a vineyard because of tastings scheduled at the next vineyard.
I would definitely recommend Red Carpet Limos to anyone, especially for vineyard tours.

Horrible!!!!! Booked the 32 passenger party bus to take us to NYC for a midnight cruise. The driver never came to pick us up after he gave his cell number to contact him if we needed. So now everyone is stranded at 4amwith a lot of our belongings on the bus. Drivers cell going straight to voice mail the dispatcher was VERY rude and nasty! Telling us he doesnt know what we want him to do. Ended up having to take the train home! And the driver had the nerve to drop out belongings of at the police station!
