I highly suggest checking the school out. Great environment for any age group, the instructors are very knowledgeable and great with children. My oldest child has been going since 2014. She has accomplished so much in the time she has been there. I have recently started my other two children within the last year because of the wonderful success I see coming from this school. The owner / teacher of this school and his instructors are all great people, fun environment, family orientated, fair pricing, etc. I can't say enough about this school accept you won't be disappointed. Give it a try!

I wanted to hold off on submitting a review until I was positive about how I felt. I started going at the beginning of the year and even after the first class I got hooked. In my first month of class I have learned an incredibly large amount, I have made several great friends, and I have met some of the kindest most welcoming people ever. Sifu Dale and his students will welcome you into their Kung Fu family with open arms. I was not expecting Wing Chun to become as big of a part of my life as it has but I have no regrets. I have nothing bad to say and would recommend this school to anyone.

My two daughters have been enjoying the children's class here for over 4.5 years. They've now graduated to the adult class and are enjoying this new aspect of it too.
The children's class is a great mix of fun and learning. While the children are having fun and training, they are learning life-long lessons and practical knowledge that will hopefully stay with them the rest of their lives. The other reviewers are correct when they write it's like a family.

I've been in the adult class for about three weeks now and have really enjoyed it. This is my first martial arts training, and as a middle-aged guy, I now wish I had started a long time ago. If you're new to martial arts and self-defense, beginning something like this could be a little intimidating. However, Sifu Dale and all of the other students were very welcoming and friendly. I especially like working with all of the other students as they teach me, and in turn, I can help with students even newer than myself. You really learn a lot that way.

My son LOVES Kung Fu! We have been fortunate and blessed to have found Si Fu Dale and his staff at The Academy of Ving Tsun Kung Fu. We look forward to spending time each week observing my son’s classes with other wonderful Kung Fu families. I can't say enough good things about this school, and my Sifu, and my fellow students. If ever there was a genuine "family feeling" at a place, then this is it. The instruction is detailed and situation oriented, and the training is intense and direct, and the students are friendly, considerate, and very helpful. Please do yourself a favor and at least visit this school, and maybe even take an intro class, and then your heart will be your guide from there forwards.

I have been training at the school for over 2 years and couldn't imagine training anywhere else. I have trained at several other martial arts schools in the past, but this school is by far the best. Sifu Dale's knowledge of the wing chun system is top-notch. He is an outstanding teacher, motivator and is genuinely interested in helping you get the best out of yourself not only in wing chun, but also in life as well. Wing Chun is an amazing martial art, and this AVTKF is an amazing school. I have been a student for 10 months now and have enjoyed it immensely. Sifu Dale is a highly skilled martial artist and teacher, the environment is fun and relaxed, and the school itself has become a second family to me. If you're looking for a genuine experience and not just another belt factory (there are no belts here), come try it out. You won't regret it!

I've been training at AVTKF for about 6 moths. I absolutely love it! The training environment is fantastic. Sifu Dale is a wonderful teacher, and from the first class I attended Sifu Dale and the other students have made me feel right at home. It truly is a family. for anyone interested in martial arts, Academy of Ving Tsun Kung Fu is absolutely the place to be. I drive an hour each way and would drive much further!
