Shannon Darnell helped my boyfriend and I purchase a piece of land in Black Mountain and she is the best! She consistently went above and beyond our expectations. I interviewed two Realtors prior to listing my home. One the owner of one of the largest agencies in Black Mountain, the other Scott. Scott not only recommended a higher price but backed it with a more thorough analysis. I practiced law for twenty five years, worked in real estate, and have purchased property in four states and two foreign countries. Scott is a professional and at the top of Realtors I have used.
