This company is real bad.
They took My Condo Hoa 157 dollars and showing I just paid 134 dollars .
I already sent them my proof . And never credit to my account.
It’s been 2 months.
They told me that talk to my bank.
My bank told me that they should credit not bank.
Be aware. Really not professional.I wish that my condo has different Hoa company.

I recently had a string of email interactions with Anne Wilcox after learning she had withheld information about an imminent increase to HOA fees. When I questioned her about her decision to withhold this information, she became combative and tried to blame my realtor. Since this behavior was consistent with the other recent reviews I had read, I contacted Mike Baldwin to make sure he was aware of her approach to interacting with residents and prospective residents. He responded by saying online reviews should be ignored, because they're just written by people who got in trouble for breaking HOA

Anne Wilcox manages the property where I live. She is the most unprofessional, unfriendly, unpleasant, unethical, uncouth, rudest, laziest, nastiest person I’ve ever dealt with. She acts like she is always right, and we, as the owners of our own homes, are wrong. She acts like any questions or concerns we have are a burden to her. She makes a slug look ambitious... she is so slow at getting work done around our property, and hires dirt cheap workers. Our new landscaping company is better, but they use leaf blowers to remove grass, mulch, leaves, and other debris off our sidewalks and stairs,

They currently manage Heywood Crossing Condo's. Anne Wilcox is our manager and I have never met a less professional person in my life. Never answers my questions, just talks around it. When things need to be done, we have to ask two and three times. Never follows up. She is terrible at her job. If your thinking of using Baldwin...think again. She cant understand that we are the customer and she works at the pleasure of our association. She is rude and dumb. What a combination.

Manager for HOA of Stafford Hills at Baldwin was very rude and had an excuse for everything I talked to him about. We pay around $300 for the HOA and hardly see that money go anywhere. Both neighborhoods have no community services other than a small group that does landscaping for hours in the morning, and a rude pressure washing company. Not satisfied whatsoever with Baldwin or the people they hire. They do not accommodate for any complaint you have and insist that you are wrong. Instead of spending only half the money (if that) they get from EVERY house in both neighborhoods every month, they

I WOULD NOT hire this management company!!! We moved in a Townhome community and Baldwin has 2 stars for a reason!!! Poor communication from Amber, they hired a paving company and paved our roads then sent the email blast as they were paving. I have a disabled family member living with me and if the ambulance had to get to our Townhome it would have taken more time due to the road closed. She doesn’t provide information that she agreed to nor does she follow up. She doesn’t return any phone calls or emails. Waste of money and time!! All the neighbors I have spoken to are very unhappy we are
