His education began at Mankato State University in Minnesota, graduating with a B.S. in Accounting in 1988. He then attended Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York, earning his Juris Doctor in 1991. Although he currently specializes in estate planning, Mark originally owned and operated a general practice firm.

He brings expertise in multiple areas of law, including estate planning, family law, civil litigation, real estate law, and probate administration. If I could give Mr. Weseman no rating I would. I was assigned him through Legal Resources. It was to handle a simple step parent adoption. After 9 month Mr. Weseman sent us a letter stating he could no longer represent us because of "personal reasons." However he waited until the day after all of the background checks expired and could no longer be used to send the letter. When he had been sitting on all the information for almost 6 weeks. If he really did have personal reasons (I think/believe it was he just didn't want to do the work he agreed to do for the fee paid by the legal coverage company

I was connected to Mark Weseman for legal work through my company's Benefit Center/Legal Access Plan. Mr. Weseman was available to discuss my case on the phone and in person (x1 meeting for a case preview/review). Shortly after the office meeting, Mr. Weseman was requested for legal council. A few days passed and an email was sent to me explaining that he could not take my case.
