I highly recommend Brent and his staff.
He assisted us with a post decree modification that should have never happened in the first place. He was able to get permanent orders modified (not easy to do) to a long distance parenting plan, which was is the child’s best interest. Unfortunately we couldn’t come to an agreement outside of court.
Brent was well prepared and handled the trial excellent and got us the outcome we were hoping for. His paralegal Amy was fantastic. She was quick to respond, and handles a lot of the leg work, which helps keep the cost down. Obviously court battles are expensive

I hired this firm to help me with my divorce. I was trying to get my court ordered visitation with my children. This firm billed me $20,000 to get the evidence to file contempt on my ex-wife. Once we had the evidence we needed to go to court, the firm said they didn't like to file contempt cases. But, they still wanted me to pay for the time used to build a case.
