My very first time coming here and because I am such a dental coward I rate myself as a "pain in the kazoo customer". I was so happy with my experience here!! The staff was great and reassuring and the DR was FABULOUS with my fears! I felt he was honest with what I needed and very gentle with injections and treatment! They treated my daughter originally and she was pleased also !! This is my new place for dentistry and I would endorse them to anyone looking for a dentist! They are knowledgeable, kind, and honest!

This establishment has drastically evolved from the original owner, who primary force was to serve the community, to the new owners and their team, who the main motivation is economic. Today, I went to see the dental hygienist for an oral cleaning, but the doctor performed an oral evaluation. After he completed it, he sent me to schedule an appointment for an oral cleaning, for second time. He failed to inform me that it was a fee of $50.00 for setting an appointment. I do not believe that this is a common practice among dentist, charging to give you an appointment. This is not the first time!

The dentist and most of the staff are good, idk if they got a new hygienist or what but she is so bad. Don’t come here unless you want to come out with your mouth aching and all cut up. She might drop something on you as well. Terrible experience.

Went for a consult, Everyone sweet and polite. Saw Dr Lee, she was great. Staff polite and professional. They put you at ease.

Dr Lee is magical. I was traumatized as a child by a horrible dentist. For my entire life I've had extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist.

However, Dr Lee has forever changed this. She is so kind and gentle. I never feel the needle or any pain.

I will only go to Dr. Lee in the future for all my dental need.

Referred by family and friends. Please choose this office if you prefer to only want the best of care. To start I hate dentist but your better to not be like that as now I've put myself in dier need for one. They are aggressive with checks and measures to maintain profits as business measures are obvious and may turn you off or scare you as they ask for the sale and have developed sales strategies that I've never seen in this industry but why not if they don't offer and ask then it's there loss. I don't eat at a cheap empty restaurant so why not get my dental done at a well ran and operated busy

I'm on social security .
They say that you can make payments but they refused treatment because i couldn't pay them cash for 14 hours till i got paid. Been a week with a bad tooth
They lost my business waited 2 weeks for an appointment only to be refused treatment

Me and my family have been going to TriStar dental over a decade now. We love the physicians and staff. Every encounter we have had is above and beyond our expectations. They make you feel comfortable and welcome each visit. We appreciate all they have done for us.

I recommend this practice to all my family and friends. The entire staff is like an extended family. The wait is never long and the communication between doctor and patient is above standard.

Honesty, the dentist is nice and so is the staff but what a rip off!!!!!! I paid over 1000 for a root canal and crown and still paid 375 for deep cleaning. I couldn't afford to go anymore so I stopped going. I'm still making monthly payments for the work I got done over a year ago. Care credit has such high interest rate ! So I was recommended to go to a smoke gallery only a couple of minutes away and they did a root canal , added a crown and I got a deep cleaning which my insurance (medí-cal) covered !!! And the dentist said the root canal and crown I got here could've been covered

Well another 5 star. I chipped my tooth opening something with my teeth (yes I know I know) it was my front tooth. They got me a same day appt and got it fixed. Dr Hoang does amazing work. You can not even tell that I did that to my front tooth. And again front desk staff was awesome, and Yolanda gave it to me simple and straight. Will always come back. Will be back in a few months for me deep cleaning.

This place is ridiculous on prices when a patient has no insurance. This place charged my husband 340 dollars to get tooth pulled. Other places charge 150 to 200 dollars max. I was not aware of my husbands visit to this clinic. I will never go or recomend patients with no insurance to trust this dentist office.

I've been going there for years. The front desk staff is very kind. The hygienist, dentists, and nurses are amazing and will answer all your questions. I've had cavities, root canals, and deep cleanings done. No complaints. They are always very professional. Overall, amazing service.

Now that I finally got a new dentist and left this awful place I can finally put my two cents in. I was recommended by a friend to come to this place, was told they do amazing work and I would not find anything like it anywhere else. I went in and right away was told I needed so much work done that not all would be covered by my insurance root canal deep cleaning and so on. Started the process to do my root canal which I told them multiple times that would be my main focus since I was tight on cash. Best Dentist ever! I refer everyone that I know. I ve had multiple work done. The Staff are excellent.. VERY pleasant. I like that the Nurses Explain everything frim procedures ..results..Follow ups.. etc. I got A filling for A Cavity a couple months ago.. Didnt feel a thing. Even my root canal.. no pain.. just the numbing needle. I love TriStar!

They were not as scary as i thought they were gonna be. It was just a needle that they used to numb you that was and then you dont feel anything. I almost fell asleep on them because i was so calm and relaxed. They even put on Disney movies for you to watch while they work on your teeth. 😆😃😆

I have been to 27263738 million dentists in my lifetime.
I can honestly say that the moment I walked through the doors of this office, I was treated respectfully and with appreciation for my business. The dentist made recommendations that were beneficial to my health. He was attentive and helpful. This is the best place EVER!!

I have coming to Tri-Star dental for 25 years now and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and Dr. Hoang is absolutely amazing.

I came in one day in searing pain crying my eyes out the were so helpful and nice. Within two weeks and three different appointments they have fixed almost all of my dental problems. Four cavities and two root canals they are amazing here the dentists they have, the nurses, and even the ladies in front amazing!

My family and I have been coming to Tristar for many years. We love Dr. Hoang. Even after moving out of the area, we still come to Tristar for our dental care needs. They are the BEST. I recommend them to everyone looking for a wonderful dentist.

Took both my girls in my 4 year had one cavity first they said great no cavities but then Dr.Darcy stated she has one its so small he needed his magnifying glasses to see the x ray to point out the cavity. But did recommend a filling however if its is so small why drill a larger hole in her baby tooth? to fill it with amalgam crap. I didn't feel comfortable getting the filling done yet if cavity gets bigger than of course I will get it done. I've had bad experience with dentist before. The front staff was nice Claudia very helpful but I felt the Dr.Darcey did not convenicing a little

This review is for Oral Surgeon Vahid Tabibzadeh who works through Tri Star a few days out of the month. I have to say getting a dental implant was a long process, but the outcome is very much worth it. Dr. Vahid was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He did as much as he could to make it painless as possible. He had a lot of patience, and tried to make the process go by as smoothly as possible. I thank him and his assistant nurse Shawna(sorry if i spelled that wrong) for always welcoming me with a positive attitude. Their both actually quite funny, which really helped

I haven't been to the dentist in a couple of years and was nervous about going again. They made me feel really comfortable and did a good job were very nice. I would recommend this dentist office to my family and friends!

I was not a big fan of going to the dentist, but who really is. My first visit was very pleasant. The gals up in front are nice and personable. The oral hygienist, Maria, was sweet and kind. Once I was given the green light to proceed for some deep cleaning because of years of avoiding the dentist, I met with Dr. Salazar. The process of the deep cleaning is not something I really was looking forward to, but I had to get it done. I felt no pain whatsoever. I've been to many dentist, many of which try to nickle and dime you. Some in the past have wanted to do unnecessary procedures to charge you more. But I'm so glad I finally found a dentist I can trust and love. The team is great! I've had to get cleanings, teeth surgically removed, and braces and I have to say I'm so glad I finally found them.
