Our experience has been horrible with LuminaSun. They have not held true to any promises we were told about discounts to be provided. The only step they have completed in our process was installation. We began the process in January and our solar panels were installed in march, only a couple of weeks behind schedule. However, during installation their employ fell through our ceiling, at that point we were informed everything was being pushed up for repairs and were provided the phone number of the workers boss. We called he reassured us everything was going to be repaired no cost to us. A few weeks

We are so happy with our solar system. Joey and LuminaSun have been a joy to work with. We appreciated how in depth Joey was explaining the whole process and how they walked us through step by step. It was so easy, no money down and we have solar in 5 weeks. We are at 9 months of not using any of Dukes power. Looking forward to the next 50 years with our system.

I had solar installed on my home 1 year ago. Luminasun has been great. We ran into some issues with the county inspection and with Duke switching out the meter but Luminasun handled everything. They kept me informed step by step. Joey was super! He explained everything and answered all my questions without once pressuring me. He has followed up with me and been quick to return my calls. As for my system, it has completely eliminated having to buy power from Duke. Best investment I have made.

I would like to take the time to recognize Luminasun for their quality work and professionalism. Joey was so informative and never pushed us or pressured us. He answered every question and was very patient as we dealt with some family issues. We have been live with our solar for 8 months now and we as so happy. Our bank payment is less than what would would be paying Duke. We did have an issue with our inverter but they but they came right out and fixed it and made it right. We are looking forward to the next 50 years of solar!

We went solar in the summer of 2019 and we love it. Our solar has produced all our power every month since going live. This is the easiest money I have ever earned. We did run into a few bumps in the road during permitting and inspections but Joey made things right. Joey has been there every step of the way and he has been great from day 1. We are now looking to do family members homes too.

Wanted to thank Joey for all the info and patience as we made our decision. He was very informative and offered no pressure for us to buy. We love our solar system and are looking forward to how much money this will save us. Our system was installed 2 weeks after we signed and live 3 weeks after that. We have been live for 6 months now and everything works great.
