Being an out of town buyer, I needed a management company to assist with managing the property and dealing with the HOA/management company. Ben was recommended to me, which was a blessing. During the transaction, I had an issue with a management company. Ben stepped in and in a knowledgable professional manner resolved the issue, that allowed continuation on the transaction. If you are looking for a hands on, solution oriented property manager, I highly recommend Ben!

Rented a dock a couple years back, but didn't leave a review before leaving. Before Icon stepped in, the property was a disaster. Icon was brought in and cleaned up the property. From what I hear from Steve, property is still holding up well. hoping to move back soon and reunite with my friends and family and have a caring manager
