Will I receive the same level of care with telemedicine as I would in the office? Yes. Our providers take great care in providing high-quality medical care for all of our patients regardless of if the patient is seen via telemedicine or in the clinic. We will provide our patients with detailed instructions for taking photographs when appropriate.
I enjoy seeing patients of all ages and love the wide variety of conditions that present within the field of dermatology. I strive to treat all of my patients with compassion and respect and to provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care. I look forward to making my patients feel heard and welcome and to formulating a treatment plan most suitable for my patients' needs.

My specialties continue to be hair-related disorders, cosmetic and general dermatology.

Exceptional care from beginning to end. The Dr (Dr. Tavelli) was personable and actually took the time to explain things in detail and make sure I had no other questions. At no point did I feel rushed in the process, I actually felt valued, which is a nice change from most offices. I will be returning to this office for all my dermatology needs. New patient appointments were booked 6 months out. I scheduled on for November 2021. Less than two weeks before my appointment, the office called to reschedule me not only with a different provider, but also without regard for my schedule. I am unhappy that I spent 6 months waiting for an appointment only to have this happen.

Convenient w easy parking and pleasant staff. I felt seen and listened to, and no expensive treatment was pushed on me. I’ll happily post that 5th star when I see results, but I’m pleased so far! I did wait six months for an appointment, but I chose the best doctor I could find, so that’s no surprise.

The office staff need trauma informed care training and an understanding of patient centered care. Though the doctors may be great here, just know as a new patient you will have to get through some snippy interactions scheduling your appointment. It makes the entire experience questionable, I would look elsewhere for care.

I am grateful to have found Nw Dermatology. The chemical peels they offer are the best I’ve had. I highly recommend getting your peels here. I look forward to experiencing the other services that they offer. I really enjoyed working with Riley! She’s a great aesthetician and has such a Wonderful vibe. I've only spoken with them on the phone and never had anything done, but WOW, the two different women I spoke with were extremely RUDE, SNOTTY, and very short with me. Ugh! The nerve of some people! Wow! I'm appalled that anyone would even go here given the low level of customer service on the phone! Yuck two thumbs DOWN!

Really unpleasant experience in every way. Multiple on line forms to shift book keeping to you. You'll need 3 security questions to get your kid's acne treated. Lots o folks sneaking in to get acne treated. They'll be 5 forms. If you don't sign in with the name they've assigned, you'll need to call again to clarify the name they used.
Once in the exam room, they'll complain you're " halfway through your appointment" when you had to wait in line in the lobby to have your temp taken behind others. Then you had to wash your hands, while they watched

Went in for my first time in February for Botox and although everyone is nice, they really do not know what they are doing when it comes to injectables.
I went back in May and again, they did a bad job with my Botox. They charged $$$ for a small area on my forehead, then told me if I was un happy, I could come back in for more at no cost.
Went back in June (under the two week limit) because I was, YET AGAIN, unhappy and they told me they would have to charge me for redoing the bad work they did in the same area.
All in all, this would and has never happened at any other place I have gone

After going from one dermatologist to another, I became frustrated with those who couldn't find a solution to my dermatitis. NW Dermatology was quick and efficient! Desai and Eileen are a great team, going above and beyond for their patients ensuring you receive the results you want. After a month of their recommended skin regimen and treatment I can finally say I'm thrilled with how fast my skin has cleared up! Thank you guys again for everything! Would highly recommend!

Wasn't overly impressed with Dr. Nisha D. when I came in here. She seemed very distant and like she had somewhere else to be. Not warm at all. I understand there is a certain amount of "clinical"ness most doctor's have, but for a first time appointment I did not feel very welcomed. She did allow me to voice my concerns and addressed them, but, that being said, I would have expected more.

This was my first time visiting a dermatologist's office since my early teens, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Overall, it's the same as I remembered past dermatology appointments; however, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service--I arrived early and was actually seen and out the door before my appointment time. The doctor's use of a scribe definitely facilitated the process. I was initially a bit apprehensive when I saw a second person tagging along, as healthcare is a private matter, but it wound up being no big deal.

If I could give NW dermatology institute 0 stars, I would. I had a biopsy done almost 3 weeks ago and just now got my results. I had to call EVERY single day to ask about the results, with no phone calls back. Not only that, but a few days after them taking my biopsy, my sutures came out and they didn't call me back until THREE DAYS LATER. Today, after finally calling at least 10 times, keep in mind there were 2 or 3 times I called and someone would answer and hang up... I finally got my results. Every aspect of my experience at NW Dermatology was amazing from the second I walked in the door. I was greeted by Angie at the front desk who got me through check in and minimal paperwork. From there, I sat in the lobby for about 3 minutes before being taken to the office where I was in and out and all taken care of by Eileen and her nurses in less than 25 minutes. I left with no questions and a prescription I think will clear up my skin problems for good! Go to NW Dermatology.

Let me start off by saying that I'm not a fan of doctor's offices or hospitals. I never get sick, and despite having excellent health insurance, I don't even have a primary care provider. I tend to avoid medical institutions at all costs. In fact, my one and only visit in the last 15 years involved me waking up in a hospital after a car accident, so believe me when I say I reached out to NW Dermatology begrudgingly.

I recently had my face treated for brown spots, hematomas and just all around uneven skin. I'll get into that more below but just general feedback is that 1. They have a beautiful space that feels swanky but not pretentious (I think they just moved) 2. Parking is convenient right in the garage below 3. The staff is SUPER friendly and professional. I saw an aesthetician named Lindsey.
