Lucas was an amazing realtor. We looked at quite a few houses in the area with him, and he was always upfront and direct about potential problems with the property. It felt like he was always looking out for us the entire time we were house shopping. We didn't have the easiest close on the house either, and he went above and beyond to make it happen. Can't recommend him enough, he made buying a house an absolutely pleasant experience!

I can't say enough about Lucas as an agent. This is our second time buying a house, and our previous experience was vastly different in just about every way from this one! Lucas never stopped fighting to protect our interests, and it was obvious he genuinely cared about our families needs, we were in good hands start to finish!! Pointed out issues we never considered. Always looking at all the details, even the smallest thing I'd never consider. You always had our best interest in mind. I'm glad we trusted you. I'm positive the first house we liked and thought we'd love would be a nightmare compared to the one we purchased. I will for sure be reccomending you! Your personality worked great for us too. Not pushy at all. Helped us with negotions amazingly. We had difficult moments and he always took care of them. I don't think we would have been happy with another realtor as we were with Lucas. I'm not the easiest person

What can we say about Lucas? He is an excellent agent! Throughout the whole process of buying and selling our home he was there for us, explaining everything clearly and making the whole process so much easier. From the day we decided to put in an offer on our new home and list our own, he had ours under contract in 4 days! He gives you a realistic expectation for what your home will sell for if you want to sell it not let it sit on the market for months. He also uses social media and markets your home aggressively so your home is visible to a much larger population than if he just used conventional
