Logan and Em founded Leu+Co Properties in January of 2020. They live in Hutchinson, KS, a town they are proud to call their home. They strive to be Property Managers and real estate experts dedicated to improving Hutchinson one property at a time. Both Logan and Em are active members of their community, serving on multiple organizational and non-profit boards.
Em was born and raised in Hutchinson and is a 2013 graduate of Kansas State University with her Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. She also owns and operates Lark Design Group, a design firm located in Hutchinson, KS. Logan is a Hutchinson transplant, growing up in Great Bend, KS. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Kansas with Preferred Real Estate and has a true passion for all things real estate.
