Networking has changed dramatically over the years. Until recently, the only way your devices were able to communicate with one another was by hardwiring. Today's technology takes advantage of wireless connections and cloud based solutions, as well as, hardwiring allowing all of your devices to communicate and to access printers.

The dreaded Blue Screen may be caused by a number of evils: hardware failure, an incompatible driver, a corrupted operating system or failed Windows update just to name a few. A professional can diagnose and repair the issue in a timely manner minimizing your down time and protecting against loss of your data.
Services
Response Computers was conceived over nineteen years ago when I was working at a local computer repair store. I saw then that better customer satisfaction could be achieved by performing the computer repairs onsite. Traveling to a customer with a complete inventory of replacement parts and software saves them the time and aggravation of unhooking all the wires and dragging his desktop or laptop computer across town to a repair shop.
Blue Screens can be caused by a variety of issues. The most common cause is a failed hard drive. This can easily be fixed by replacing the hard drive and reloading Windows. However, a newly installed driver, a driver update, or a failed component can also be the culprit. And, you can never rule out an invasion by a virus or malware.
I provide a full range of repairs and upgrades for both desktop and laptop computers. When diagnosing a hardware issue I always take into account the age and quality of the machine. In many cases it is better to replace the entire computer or laptop rather than investing the money into a repair. Unless it is just a hard drive, power supply or video card that needs to be replaced.
Back in the late 90's we all accessed the internet, email, our calendar, and used software via a desktop computer. Things have changed dramatically since then. Laptops came into play to give mobility and are now being replaced by a more light weight tablet with many popular software companies designing apps for tablets.
Finding the right solutions to backing up the data on your devices maybe like finding the matching pieces of a puzzle. Some are a possible fit, others when you explore all the options, are a perfect fit. Taking the time to have your data backed up properly on your computer, laptop, tablet, and phone will save you aggravation and countless hours to recreate that data, or the huge expense of data recovery.

I just spoke with Jim about moving files and programs over to new computers our office just purchased. When I told him that I needed to talk to my boss and I would get back to him the next day, he accused me of "stealing his knowledge" and then told me to f**k off!! I don't need your precious knowledge, Jim! I'm going to call an IT PROFESSIONAL to do the job!
