Our principal office is located in Cruz Bay, St John at Palm Plaza.
The St John office is managed by Kate & Shamal who oversee all guest services and the maintenance and cleaning of all our properties. Our villa consultants (reservations staff - Diane, Dolores, Kris & Kim) work out of our business office in Scarborough, Maine. All reservations staff travel to St John on a regular basis and have an in depth personal knowledge of the island, its people and our properties.
