I went to Urgent Tires to fix my flat tire during lunch hour. A gentlemen quickly fixed my tire with extremely low fees, I was shocked and I am still speechless now! Service was pretty quick. I needed 1 new tire because I got a screw in the bad one that was slightly in the sidewall and they said they couldn't patch it. I was in and out in about 45 mins and the cost was $125 (2017 Nissan Rogue). I'm marking down because when I asked about a warrantee I was first told there wasn't one. When I said I didn't believe that was right, he wrote 149K mile warrantee on the invoice.

My tire pressure light came on and my tires were feeling funny. I pulled into Urgent Tire and the man that helped me was very friendly and nice. Three of my tires were low on air. He filled up my tires and sent me on my way. Thank you! I would recommend this tire shop to anyone needing tire work done!

I don't recommend this guys...The Urgent Tire was the worst place then I had my experience. I was surprised when the employee who changed tires was wearing slippers, but it's ok for their safety. I changed 4 tires on my truck and I didn't have any problem in urban mode while I had to go on highway. After 65 my car started to shake. I thought something wrong with steering system. After full diagnostic the mechanic told me I didn't have correct balance on my 2 front tires. That why I don't recommend this guys:(

I pinched my sidewall and came here because it's close to home. I needed a used tire to hold me until I got paid because it was time to replace them anyway. They did a great job matching my tires. A couple of days later, my tire light came on. I found a broken screw in the tread that looked like it had been there a while. I stopped in to see if they'd repair it, and before I could say I would buy a new set in a few days, the guy laughed at me! Never laugh at a customer. Never. That was at least a $400 joke, and who's laughing now?

Took my car in for two front tires to be balanced as I proceeded to watch the gentleman balancing my tires he never remove the old weights before balancing and continue to counterbalance my wheels I didn't said something and spoke up and another gentleman come over and did it properly but then when they put my tires on they just hammers my lug nuts on then handed me a lug nut key I handed it back to him and said torque my wheels he said no we don't do that we don't even have a torque wrench that's so dangerous and that's against the law

My tire absolutely blew while coming down the mountain from Southlake Tahoe. We put the spare on and made our way to Sacramento when I was on yelp and found this tire spot. It was already getting pretty late and they were one of the few that was open still. We had stopped at two other ones before but neither had my tire size in used tires. Luckily, urgent tires had my size. The cost for the used tire was $45. They quickly switched out my spare and we were in and out in no more than 10 minutes. Thanks guys!

Gotta give this business 5 stars. There's just no way they deserve less. They are open on a Sunday during the plague of 2020. Answered my call on the second ring. The quote I got for 2 tires was great! Couldn't be happier. There is no wait. Tires being put on right now. The tires are on and I am now safely on the road. I saved a lot of money today, I highly recommend Urgent Tires. No bait and switch. No trying to oversell. I will be back for an alignment after Christmas. Right now is the perfect time to support local businesses. Bring your tire need here. You won't be disappointed

How lucky were we. We had a flat tire (mighty suspicious cuz it went flat fast) and had to wait 90 min for AAA and then got our spare on and was gonna go to River Bend Park and on the way, we saw this place! And no other customers were there and they hooked us up w a used tire for $60 and when they were looking at the flat, they showed us how where the hole was (most likely knifed) and they said "boyfriend?" Which was pretty amusing. Good guys, fast service, good price. Happy to support POC.

Yeah, they're that good. My daughter and her friend are driving down to SLO from the Seattle area and wouldn't you know it! Flat tire 12 hours into the trip and 4.5 hours from their destination. We tried to find a place last night to get the tire replaced but nothing was open close by them on a Sunday at 5pm. They looked online to make an appt at Les Schwab but couldn't find one with availability, although they do take walk-ins. After much research I stumbled across Urgent Tires. By now It was 6pm but i decided to call anyway and they answered! Told them I needed a full set

Urgent Tires was our hero today!
My other 1/2 and I have a job in South Shore Tahoe, it is supposed to blizzard during our job. We just put new back tires on our car last week and got an oil change yesterday. We were all set!! About an hour into our trip to tahoe in Sacramento area our tire light went on and did not turn off.. we ignored it at first knowing our car should be good to go! A few miles later it was convenient to pull over to a gas station to check it out seeing if a nail or something was in there. While checking the air my other 1/2 noticed our front tires were bald!! Great customer service!!! 5 stars! I had a flat tire and it was not holding any air. I spoke to Rana who came out and checked it out. He fixed the air leak, checked all the other tires and filled it for equal pressure. No charge!

First time at this place. They gave me a really good deal on new tires and I got the set for really low price. There service was really good and fast. They had free coffee in the waiting area which is rare to find in tire shops. They gave me student discount.
