I found out about EG/TP through a friend of mine. My first visit here is that we needed a new battery installed in our 2018 SUV. They got us in promptly and gave automotive peace of mind.
The most recent visit on November 30th, 2021, I was out buying some early morning caffeine and noticed a large green leak that appeared to be coolant.
I started to get concerned by the puddle and wanted it addressed right away. Drove over and Jeremy got me in right away. They quoted an initial price for inspection and I also had an oil change done in the same visit.

So I called to see if they can replace my A/C compressor, the service advisor said yes and proceeded to tell me how long and what it entails. I bring the truck down 2 days later and then the service advisor asked if I put over the counter Freon. I said no because when I hooked it up, the pressure already said full. He then tells me he can't do it unless I have the Freon removed. I asked him where can I get that done, he shrugs his shoulders and says I don't know, maybe the dealer.

Company charged me 112.00 just to balance my wheels and car still has the same shake at 60mph. They charged me and either didn't do the work or they didn't do it right! After leaving and noticing that the shake was still there I called them and instead of them telling me to bring the vehicle back so they could take a look at it, they said that they would have to charge me again. I felt like I gave them 112.00 for nothing! Wouldn't recommend this place. Save your money or go somewhere else!

I've used them in the past for alignments and brakes, but they damaged a wheel I brought in for $20 patch on a tire, and told me they were not responsible for it. This review is just for the local people who read up on their options, the answer I got was "It says on the invoice we don't cover scratched wheels" I had just had the wheel redone a few days prior, and now, I have to pay another $150 to have it reconditioned again. Just disappointing that they will not do the right thing and correct what is clearly their mistake

I have an older Honda van, and it was making some funny noises, so I took it to the dealer (E.G. Honda) because I was already having some warranty work done. They guessed it was the brakes and told me it would be $160 to diagnose. They said that my brakes were so rusted, the parts might fall apart as they took them off, and might have to "chase" the repairs until they got to a non-rusted part. First off, I want to say that I used to go here to get all of my work done many years ago, before they changed their name to Elk Grove Tire Pros and it was always great service. I only stopped going here because I started doing some of my own maintenance. Well, I had just done a big job on my truck (control arms, tie rods, coil-overs, etc) and needed to get an alignment done to complete the repairs. I have been taking my car to Elk Grove Ford for years because I never had a real mechanic. Today they wanted to charged me $250 to install a $1.23 part. Thank god for Elk Grove tire pros! I bought the part and brought it to them and they fixed it in 10 minutes and I was out the door for next to nothing. 12/10 recommend. Will never take my car anywhere else again!

Called first person on the phone was respectful and helpful. Decided To come in and checked out my tires I already new I needed a new set. I asked what deal can they provide on a new set. Was given to options and that was good for me. He stated that the rotation and check of my tires was free for the life of the tires. I was happy with the service and friendliness of the business. I had previously posted that this business did not wear masks during my last visit and was not going to return until they would wear masks. I called before going and identified myself, Justine mentioned my review and said they still do not wear masks and for me to find another business and not come back. Wow, what customer service. Ordered 4 brand new tires last year. All 4 were the right size but the speed rating was incorrect. The guy (Jeremy) that ordered it had attitude towards me every appointment. Not my fault you ordered the wrong tires. Not something a "Tire Pro" would do in my opinion. Finally they got my tires correct. Went and did a few services. All good. The last few months the experience changed. Pull up and about an hour later they call me about my wheel locks and I tell them where it is. I was pleased to see the bolts look like they had been stripped from trying to be pulled or hit off. This year I am a month

I won't go anywhere else for tires...these guys were so quick. I got there 1.5 hours before they close without an appointment and they were done in like 30 minutes! I was sure I would have to leave it until the next day. I didn't even know what I needed, so they could have gotten a pretty penny from me for four tires and sold me something I didn't need. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was! And lifetime flat repairs and rotation even if I'm traveling...topped with how quickly they worked and how kind + professional they are. I needed to replace my 2001 Dodge Durango with a new air conditioner last year. Elk Grove Tire Pro's replaced it and unfortunately it stopped working a year and a half later. It was past its warranty so I was going to be out over $700 dollars. I had them do the needed repairs to fix it and they were able to replace it as if it was still under warranty. I did have to pay some labor fees but nothing compared to what the final repair cost would have been.
My husband, son and mother all bring our cars here for all maintenance needs. They are fair and reasonable which means a lot when it comes

I asked, and was very clear that I wanted to downsize my tires. It's my choice to do so. I was told, "Sure no problem." Then when I arrived after waiting a half hour, was told "Sorry we can NOT do it. It is illegal to do so." According to multiple places. Yes! Yes it can be done. So they lied to get away from the liability. As well as. My hub caps were installed wrong and squashed the vavle stem. Theres an indention in the hub cap specifically for the valve stem. I was going to go back and make them fix it, but thought to myself. "If they can't put a hub cap on right. Why would I want them touching

I purchased four new tires for my Hellcat (around $2,000) from the big box shop (hint, the name rhymes with 'Americas Liar'). As soon as I took the car on the highway I knew something was wrong, major steering wheel vibration at 65+. Oh yeah, and they also threw my Hellcat valve stem caps in the garbage (or claimed that's what happened to them). I didn't want to deal with "Americas Liar" again, so I find this shop and drove in without an appointment. The team at Tire Pros were prompt to help and got my car in right away. First time here today. I got an oil change and two new tires. They aren't the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Their customer service is really good and their location is convenient for me. No wait, fast service, friendly. I love their waiting area. It's huge with comfy couches and the air conditioner feels nice on this hot day. They had HGTV on, which is my favorite channel so I'm just sitting back and relaxing while I wait. Highly recommend and I will be back for the great service!
