Mitch and his crew did an outstanding job on my 2016 Ram 1500 that had heavy front end damage from hitting another vehicle. He responds in a timely manner, keeps everything organized and does a lot of work with the insurance companies to keep the stress on your end very minimal. When I picked my truck up there were a couple things that needed to be adjusted and Mitch without hesitation took the truck back and made these adjustments. I purchased my dodge 3500 diesel new 16 years ago and have done my best to keep her clean but the typical rust finally started on the rear wheel wells. My options were to accept it, cover it with flairs and hide it temporally or get it repaired properly. I love my blue mule and selling was not an option. Mitch has worked on two of our vehicles. One had minor front bumper damage. The other was quite substantial damage from a rear end collision. The repairs are excellent and were completed in a timely manner. Mitch also worked hard on our behalf to get the best parts for the collision repair - the insurance adjuster was trying to cut corners. My family moved to this part of town 6 months ago from the city. My son's Corolla was rear ended on January 21st. The whole back of the car was in really horrible shape. Brought my vehicle in to Mitch at Oak Ridge back in late July after being the victim of a red light runner. After having the offending parties insurance company decide they wanted to total the car out Mitch was more than happy to still do the repairs for me along with a couple others as long as the front end was pulled apart to get the car back on the road.
