My name is Madeleine McVey and I'm the owner of Desert Rose Med Spa. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and Moved to Scottsdale in 1993. I am a Wife, Mother and very proud Grandmother. I love nothing more than spending time with my family or good friends sharing some great food and a glass of wine.
I have been in the Skin, Medical, Health and Beauty business for over 25 years. I love this business and I love helping people feel great inside and out. I have experience as a Skin Care Specialist, Make up Artist, Beauty Consultant, and as a Cosmedic Surgery Consultant. I've partnered with many of the well known Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologist around the valley providing my IPL services.

My Desert Rose facial can be done on anyone and is the best facial for a first time client or someone that just wants to come and relax and leave with rejuvenated and glowing skin. Includes, double cleanse, tone, professional skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions as needed, masque, serum, target treatment, moisturizer, eye care, lip care and skin defense (SPF).

With great gratitude, I am so happy to have had a wonderful service at Desert Rose Med Spa. I've known Madeleine for a few years and reached out to her for help with my skin. In struggling with chemical sensitivities, skin issues and skin aggravation from wearing masks, I turned to Madeleine for help because of her experience and her approach in using organic skin care products. My first treatment to date was a hydrafacial which included wonderful serums to help with my skin. I kept commenting to Madeleine how luxurious my face felt when she was done. Madeleine is extremely knowledgable and experienced in her craft. She not only cares for her clients in a personal way, but she also cares about getting her clients results.
