Brunswick Criminal Law Attorney Jason Clark has over 17 years of experience advocating the rights of the accused and providing them with the strongest possible defense. Criminal charges can be as stressful and scary as they may be damaging to your reputation, your career and possibly even your future.
While you may find yourself facing criminal charges after making a mistake or being in the wrong place at the wrong time, it is also not uncommon for criminal charges to result from mistakes made by police, violations of people's rights or misinterpretations of the evidence.

Less serious than felony criminal charges, misdemeanor charges in Georgia are associated with penalties of no more than 1 year in jail upon conviction. Despite this, however, misdemeanor cases and their potential penalties are by no means minor, as even a few months in jail can end up damaging people's reputations, careers and future opportunities.

While these charges can be filed as misdemeanors or felonies, having a strong defense against them can be pivotal to explaining the whole story in court and favorably resolving these cases.

This is one of the most unprofessional lawyers I have ever seen. My dad and I drove 16 hours to meet with him, and grab information for my very slight and insignificant case. Upon arrival, he booted us out of his office for no reason at all and told us to leave. Almost like an emotional outburst. My dad and I were stunned. Very unprofessional. I have never seen a lawyer throw a tantrum like a little kid.

Jason is awesome! Works hard to help you, quick to respond and goes above and beyond. I had my case back in 2017 when I was passing through GA & my lawyer in South Carolina recommend me to him, and I am glad he did! My case finished in 2017 and I haven’t spoken to him since, until recently, December 2020. I had an issue with probation office not filing correct paperwork and he is still going above and beyond to help me resolve these issues. I would definitely recommend using him if you’re in a situation, very happy I found such a great lawyer to help me especially since I don’t live in the

Jason is a great attorney, AND A REALLY NICE PERSON in general.
I'm a detailed person... Jason was patient with my many questions. His well thought out answers and the resulting direction and strategies to deal with my cases gave me confidence, and a true sense that he cared.
Jason returned all calls promptly beyond expectations, and he spent time with me immediately after all hearings... not rushed, but quality time.
The results of my cases met all expectations, and the attorney's fees were more than reasonable.
5 Star / FULLY RESPECTED // Thank You Jason
