I would appreciate it if your “worker”. Didn’t show up to my grandparents house high as a kite. I find it unexpectedly! And unprofessional, you can tell that the man he was working with was getting very irritated! I will not throw anyone else under the bus but I will say who he was! Mr,Ken! Learn good work men’s ship!

Restoremasters was prompt at getting to my house to do the remodeling after we had a water pipe break. I wish I had know to call them first.
They have an incredible crew. Julio was the lead contact guy. He took care of all the insurance stuff and the bid and made the process easy. Eric was the project manager and was very good at communicating and keeping me up to date on all the things. And there were a lot of things to do. We had carpet and wall water damage in one bedroom and a complete bathroom gut and remodel. They were fair with the pricing of other work we wanted done that the insurance

DO NOT HIRE RESTORE MASTERS!!!! Zero stars! Over a year later they still have not completed work after flood damage. They don't return calls, they don't show up, they cut corners and charge for things that were never done. I cannot stress enough how horrible the whole experience with Restore Masters has been. RUN the other direction. Find a reputable company that cares about it's customers and performs quality, timely, honest work. They will take your money and leave you frustrated and with a mess. Their response below is a sham to make you, the reader, think that they are responsive and professional

Haws was by far the best, most knowledgeable technician I have ever dealt with. He walked me through his processes, the time frame on things, and what I could expect the whole time. He was very professional and very kind in his services. I would use them hands down at any job I need for my own business. Thank you so much. I also appreciate the fact that he was attentive to my clean freak ways, and use extra caution when demoing everything, covering the carpets, and using plastic sheeting whenever possible. Thanks

If you are looking for a great company look no further! I used Restoremasters to fix drywall from water damage and am so happy with my whole experience with Eric who is punctual, responsive, professional and always came through and delivered on promises!
