A burst pipe is every homeowner's and business owner's worst nightmare. When a pipe bursts, if it's not discovered quickly, then it can amass thousands upon thousands of dollars in property damage. A burst pipe can be caused by several things, including temperature fluctuation, frozen pipes, bad insulation, or even just decay in old homes and buildings.
Did you know that at any given moment, there can be lakes of underground water deep under the earth that you stand on? Groundwater is an important natural resource. The vast majority of fresh water in the world (about 95% of it, excluding the polar icecaps) is located in aquifers under the ground. Groundwater is precipitation that winds up being stored in porous rock, sand, and cracks in the soil, slowly flowing out towards the ocean.
Here at Utah Disaster Restoration Services, we've seen many homeowners experience extensive damage simply because of improper irrigation. Improper irrigation can refer to any problems with the sprinkler and irrigation system in your yard or garden. Because these pipes and systems are vulnerable to damage caused by pests, yard work, and shifts in the soil, it's easy for leaks to happen without anyone's immediate notice.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They are not preferred by insurance companies for a reason! These guys took on a job that was supposed to take 6 weeks and took over 6 months. John made sure to let us know that he went to church and that his bishop recommended him. Once the got the job he was condescending, shady and rude. He always as an excuse for why he was behind on the job and not once took responsibility. His lackey Jeff was incompetent and sloppy. They got paint every where and lied about a few things. They also took things from my house and scratched my walls. They even lied to our insurance adjuster

This company is a scam and so are the bulk of the subcontractors they work with. Yes, the initial response is good and it is during the initial response that you will be asked to fill out a customer satisfaction survey and sign a contact that fails to provide an accurate estimate of repair costs. UDRS informed me that the mitigation and repair would take eight weeks and eventually quoted me about $20,000. Five months later the project was still incomplete and the cost to me had more than doubled. One of UDRS own subcontractors confirmed that UDRS had increased the cost of the subcontractors

They were dishonest and unprofessional. We had flooding from a line that had disconnected from the ice maker on the back of the fridge. We got Ut Disaster Rest. Svcs to help us clean up. The first bad impression these guys made was when I asked what code number they would like for the front door keypad. The guy said, "6969." I looked at him and said, "Really? Do ya think that's professional?" He smiled and said, "Well that's what our bosses always use." After 3 days of blowers and heat, their moisture readings of the hardwood floor were still high. They said that there's probably a sheet of plastic

Utah Disaster Restoration was recommended to us by our plumber to repair some damage from a leaking bathtub. They were prompt and communicated well what time they’d be arriving, I’ll give them that. I was disappointed by how poorly they communicated costs for what would need to be done to repair damage and how long it might take. We requested an estimate from them a few times and were told that they couldn’t give us one until they knew how much damage there was (i think they could have given us a worst and best case scenario quote). We also requested a receipt for payment since we paid by
