Dr. Heather Melling opened West Lake Chiropractic in 1997 as a family practice focused on individual patient needs. Dr. Brian Hooper joined the practice in 2020. With a focus on patient education and wellness, Dr. Melling and Dr. Hooper provide a customized treatment plan for each of their patients.
Dr. Brian Hooper comes from a 30-year lineage of chiropractic. It's in his blood. Both his father and stepmother are chiropractors. In fact, they were all trained at the same chiropractic school. As you would imagine, Dr. Brian received chiropractic adjustments regularly while growing up. On the playing field, he was always a little faster than his competitors.
Each patient is unique, and the care each patient receives should be unique as well. At West Lake Chiropractic we are proud to offer a variety of techniques and supplemental therapies that allow us to help a wide range of patients by creating patient-specific care plans. Low-level cold laser therapy is a well-established therapy for pain relief and rehabilitation of numerous injuries.

Dr. Melling or Dr. Hooper will take time to get to know you and your medical history before developing your individual care plan so that you can achieve the best possible results.

I became a believer in the benefit of chiropractic care after dealing with whiplash in my 20s. Dr. Melling and her staff are best in class and focus on treating the cause behind the symptom in a professional and compassionate manner. Very friendly person on the phone. Only problem is trying to get a new patient scheduled. First tried there online form only to get a email back stating to call. Called and was told they would call right back because they were busy with customers. Many hours went by and I had almost given up when I got a call back. I gave them my info and was told paperwork would be emailed to fill out. Never got the forms emailed. I did get a phone message that the email was wrong. But I have already received and email to call them. Not sure what is going on, but went somewhere else.
