My husband came in to get a position. He is not very good on the computer and the lady upfront was so helpful and walked him through the whole process. I couldn't go with him and usually do so that I can help him. I greatly appreciate the beautiful women that work here and helped him to find a great job.

I had a great experience with Flex Team. It was a difficult task to place me into a job with my background but Sandi was persistent in finding me a job. Job placement was quick and the staff was focused on finding me something relating to my skills and qualifications.
I reached out to Flex Team numerous times during my temporary placement and received fast communications.
Getting paid is simple and I even received emails with my paystubs, which was convenient. Overall a very positive experience, Thanks Flex Team!

I'm so thankful for the great work Flex team (Waterloo) did for finding fast employment. The job has great hours no weekends this is great if you have little ones at home. They also did a follow up phone call to see how my new employment was going, and anytime I had general questions the team would answer in a timely manner and all willing to help find solution's. I agree with Brett. I was asked to come in after I applied to a job through Indeed.com but when I got there (even though they had my resume) I had to waste 2 hours and reapply. Then when I finally met with Sparky, he wanted to place me at a company that was further away from my home. Although the pay was more, I wasn't interested and didn't understand why we weren't discussing the factory position I was interested in.
I received an email to come back in and watch an orientation video for the position I didn't want. But we got three days of snow (over 8 inches the first night

Job was posted with a false wage listed. When I went for the review I was told that was not the starting pay. I also found out from another staffing agent that the wage was posted at approximately $10 higher than the actual pay. I would not recommend as I have not heard from them since my interview a week ago. They do not seem to actively seek to place you in a position.

Maybe I was just unlucky In my experience with flex team this time. I’ll start this review by saying that 4 years ago I used flex team and they were great. But that was a totally different staff. After I lost my job I went back to them expecting the same quality and was sadly mistaken. While I was in the office I could hear the receptionist and entire staff talking pretty inappropriately about her dating life. Then after I was done there I was told I’d receive a call which of course never came. I must’ve called 5 different times and talked to sparky who kept trying to push me into jobs I

I'm surprised at the negative reviews about this company because all my experiences with them have been very positive. The CEO understands light manufacturing very well and is proactive and considerate. He's got vision for the future as well. The CSPs (certified staffing professionals) seem to care about their workers and try quite hard to place them in "good fit" positions. They also treat everyone who comes in with decency and respect - I'm not joking here.. In terms of their customers, Flex-Team is constantly seeking feedback on their temp placements to make sure their clients are pleased with
