American Top Team Watertown
American Top Team Watertown is pleased to announce our partnership with the We Defy Foundation, and our support of Veterans Jiu-Jitsu! Brazilian jiu-jitsu teaches an individual to overcome a challenger, no matter his or her size through transitioning the fight to the ground where practitioners employ proper technique and leverage one's own strength to defeat an opponent.

American Top Team Watertown has skilled trainers and programs for everyone depending on your level, age and schedule preferences. Muay Thai is referred to as "The Art of the Eight Limbs" - the hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used extensively to combat the opponent with kicks and punches. With Muay-Thai you will develop improved cardio, leg and core strength, as it requires a lot of agility and fast, nimble movements in the ring.

After a couple years Jiu Jitsu nation became an American Killer Bees affiliate school under Professor Israel Gomes. In 2015 co owner Marc Stevens moved to Coconut Creek Florida to elevate his training at the world renowned American Top Team.

While training and instructing at American Top Team, it was decided that Jiu Jitsu Nation would take it's current curriculum and the striking power of the American Killer Bees and become the elite Mixed Martial arts and fitness academy in the North country, American Top Team Watertown!

A great gym, both for my 4 year old and for me. Great and confident instruction, we enjoy learning, the improvement to our confidence and ability far outweighs the co$t.

Positive: Quality, Value
Have been going for two years. Great classes and a great team of coaches. My kids go to the ninjas class and my husband and I both enjoy the striking classes!

When I first started here I was very nervous, as a lot of people might be, but I instantly felt welcomed. Between the staff and the other members I felt comfortable and eager to learn. Everyone is very helpful and supportive. They offer multiple different classes, so there’s something for everyone, whether you’re looking to get in shape, learn technique, compete, or even looking to add something healthy and productive to your life.

My son has been training at this Martial Arts school for about a year now, there is no competition to this school! The instructors are patient with kids and Marc Stevens is the discipline hand that the kids look up too. Yes it has a year contract and yes it can be pricey, but you get what you pay for. My son has not been bullied this year because of the techniques taught by this amazing school. Jiu Jitsu nation also has this program where you recruit other people to join and you receive that month free! It is a horrible shame that our family has to move and leave this amazing school behind. Good school. Horrible business model. They only accept year long contracts that are pretty expensive. So if you get hurt, have a tough work schedule, or don't continue for any reason, your screwed. They don't accept drop in classes as an option either. I got turned away with money in hand. It's sad that such a pure art has been corrupted by greed. It's obvious what their priorities are.
