Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and considering us to be your rental provider! We would love to partner with you for your upcoming event. Party Time Rental humbly began in 1983. Harmoniously with our genuine passion for the industry, it has grown to be one of the largest rental companies serving the Rocky Mountain Region.
When adding items to your rental plan, they will automatically be loaded on the item section of the Plan Your Rental form. Add as many items as you want! When ready, fill out the form with as much information about your event as you can and send it our way. One of our Tent or Event Specialists will follow up with you for any more needed information and your customized quote.
Each event is unique and we want to make sure that we are providing you with an accurate and customized quote. Some factors that vary pricing are quantities, installation needs, and seasonal discounts. So we try to get as much information as we can to make sure you are getting the best price possible and avoiding any additional fees.
We offer our linens in a variety of sizes and colors so you can get the right look no matter the type of event. Sizing a tent can be a little tricky as there are multiple factors that go into determining the right size. Some factors include, the available space for installation, the guest count, the seating arrangements, the table sizes, whether you are wanting a dance floor, bar, DJ booth, etc.

I wish I could give this a better review, because it was a beautiful ceremony...
The good: We used party time rentals for our wedding, the pricing is fair (kind of, I'll get into that in a moment), and things were set up on time. The people answering the phones are very responsive and friendly.
Now for the bad: To start, the crew that set our tent up thought it would be smart to smoke on the job leaving cigarette buds on my friend's property as well as leaving the tent smelling like smoke for several hours until it aired out. The tables were in HORRIBLE condition so thank God for those table

Working with Party Time Rental to place my order was extremely easy. The delivery and pickup were seamless. However, 2 of the chairs we rented were broken. One of our guests even fell to the ground when sitting in it and the other chair had a screw sticking straight out of the seat cushion. Thankfully, we had ordered a few extra chairs. Lastly, the chairs were very dirty. I had to spend an hour wiping/cleaning all of them off (about 16 chairs). I was definitely disappointed in this. When I told the company about this while calling to pay our invoice they did nothing about it and just said that

Very disappointed. I rented a total of seven table cloths for a wedding party. I picked them up with all items neatly placed on hangers and wrapped in plastic. Sadly, that night I was in an accident and will need time to recover. All items were still on hangers and never made it out of the plastic. Party Time wouldn’t entertain any refund or even a portion of it. Basically said, sorry for your luck but we will charge you anyway.

10/10 recommend working with Party Time Rental. From the initial phone call for pricing, to variety of rentals, to pick up and drop off, our experience was organized, smooth, on time and reliable. The chairs and tables provided were in great condition and perfect for our needs. Highly recommend using Party Time Rental any time you need extra chairs and tables to host family and friends.
