Mr. Big Event Rentals has rental equipment for all types of events. Our Event Specialists are familiar with all types of events and can help choose the appropriate rental equipment for your event. Below are some of the most common types of events we have supplied rentals for and our suggestions for those events:.
Upon final confirmation of your event we will confirm drop off time and pick up time. Drivers are scheduled to arrive no later than one hour before your event start time. We strive to have equipment rentals set up 30 minutes before the start of an event. It's extremely important that the contact person responsible for the event to be on time to meet the driver for safety and set up instructions.
Adult supervision is required at all times for all children. There are a few options to ensure adult supervision for your event. You can either have a volunteer of your own or you can have one of our staff members attend for $30/hr. If Mr Big Event Rentals, does not supply attendants, you or your designated attendant(s) must be present at the time of delivery.
Mr Big Event Rentals works closely with local venues and vendors so that we can supply all you need for your next event. If I could give this company zero stars I would, unfortunately that's not an option. My wife called several weeks ago and booked a bounce house for our son's 7th birthday, this last weekend. I heard her talking to a lady on the other end and my wife provided her payment information.
Saturday, August 7th arrived and I informed the guard at our community gate to expect a delivery driver from this company, then proceed to wait for them to arrive at our clubhouse. I waited and waited but they never arrived. My wife called and called but could not reach anyone.
Not only was my son incredibly disappointed
