My husband asked for the fence, which this company did come out for and placed. However, we realized the existing gate was too short and have called several times over a months time to get someone out here to help with a new gate. We spent several thousands (over $8,500) of dollars for this fence but the gate is unchanged and no one calls back (last message was Wednesday evening so maybe the owner would hear it). Christine, the office person, promises someone to come out but when asked what happened after a broken appointment week (not even trying for a particular day), she says the crews are really

Pat would not get back to me over a simple order change on a small job...I just wanted a return call. Had to keep calling. Lady that answered was incredibly rude stating "we have other customers in front of you" and of course never got that call from Pat as it was obvious he didn't want my business. As a local business owner I would never treat a customer that way regardless of the scope of work or inconvenience.

I am not one to give praise easily as I believe there is a minimum bar that every company should achieve. A-Action earned my praise.
We purchased a gate that had a width problem. They took it back to shop, and in less than 24 hours, the gate was installed and perfect.
Also, the employees are extremely nice.

A-Action Welding did excellent work on railing, fence, etc during construction of our home; therefore, we contacted them to design and install a fence protecting our patio and surrounding area. We are extremely pleased with the fence, including an additional unforeseen small extension that the installers recognized was desirable. We are planning to contact them again for additional work.

A-Action did the railing on my home, installing it roughly 51/2 years ago. Water had accumulated or was left in two of the posts when fabricated, causing them to swell and needing replacement. I called, and it took several weeks to get back to me. When they did, they said that they would charge the hourly "shop rate" and call to get it scheduled. They never called to schedule, and despite being requested never called when they showed up to do the work. In reveiwing the security cameras on my house, it seemed that while two men were there they did a lot of sitting. I got a bill without
