I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, doing long-term individual and group psychotherapy from an object-relations perspective. It's important to me to provide a safe and accepting environment for people who fear being judged because of things like their sexual orientation or identity, culture, ethnicity, career, relationship patterns or practices.

Together we may explore depression, anxiety, or other symptoms getting in the way of developing a more loving and compassionate relationship with self and others. This may include working through painful and traumatic life experiences and their impact, life transitions or grief and loss, with movement toward increasing self-understanding, awareness, and acceptance of all parts of the self.
